I had a problem and on July 1st and here it is August 29th and I'm STILL WAITING for someone to call me to discuss my issue. After spending SEVERAL HOURS on the phone talking to MULTIPLE PEOPLE to only be told, we'll move this up to management and someone will reach out to you in the next 48 hours. I did hear from someone maybe 4 weeks later and that person said she was just calling to let me know that "Someone" will be calling me soon and thanks for my patience. BS!!!

I received payment of my towing expense real fast. It was a very easy process to complete but just waiting on outcome of the big expense getting my car repaired. Well worth having!!! A++

The first tow company said that they would be on the way, never showed up.
I called FIMC back and they issued me another tow company. These ppl said because they would have to use the winch (my car was immobile) and it would be $80 and FIMC wasn't giving it to them and I could get reimbursed. So I sent the $80 via cashapp. Welp, they got me because they never showed up either. So the next day i told FIMC about it and that the truck never came. They told me to get my money back by going through cashapp, that did not work. A few weeks later I called FIMC and they sent out a new guy with his own company and truck. He delivered the car no problem, and no extra charge, he said the other tow company knew they didn't need my money. Thank God my car is here but the $80 was never refunded from the other tow company, from cash app, or from FIMC.

I think the benefits that you offer are great. But, We turned in a bill for 1200. Dollars and only received 125. We were told that we would get 250 per claim when they are that high. Or up to 30 percent of the claim. We never received and explanation of the claim

I called in for a tow and the rep told me the truck would contact me and show up in 2 hours but they never called or showed up. This went on for around 24 hours with several calls and promises to get me help that I paid you for but you never came through. I finally got towed 4 days later after I called AAA and purchased the premier plan with 2 caller option for $200.00 with the discounts they gave me. They showed up when they said as promised and towed my vehicle. FIMC wasted my time and my money. Never again will I buy service from them. NEVER AGAIN
