i canceled my subscription within the 3 day trial period but you cant really cancel on your own. when you hit the cancel button, it just sends a "cancelation request" to a staff member. today is wednesday, i canceled on sunday, i wrote them twice, i havent got any message since then and they also charged me today. worst support ever and even worser cancelation process. BE AWARE!
