James went above and beyond in taking the time to understand my work history as well as my future career goals. I would consider my past roles in the technical field to be have some ambivalence and can vary across the industry, but James was extremely thorough in learning about my skill set, and was ultimately able to provide an excellent CL + resume that exceeded my criteria for expectations.

I had opted to work with James after working with previous resume writers. James' work stands out compared to my past experiences. James was easy to work with, the process was simple and convenient, and the final product was delivered in a timely manner. James was very communicative through out the writing process. James was very prompt in answering emails. I like that the first scheduled meeting was via a phone call instead of through email since that was a best way to introduce yourself.

Stated deadlines were all met exactly on time. He did all the outside research needed to craft a cover letter and resume that best highlights my experience.

Only criticism I have is that there were some typos in the draft that he sent me.
