Failure to deliver services!!! NOT REFUNDING $$ AS PROMISED

Summary:
Fiddle.io failed to deliver contracted services despite full payment of $1,999. After repeated follow-ups and their acknowledgment of non-performance, the company assured a refund in December 2024, then again in March 2025. As of May 2, 2025, the refund remains unpaid, and all verbal assurances remain unfulfilled.

Details:
Payment for onboarding services was made in June-July 2024.
Fiddle.io failed to provide agreed services and integrations.
Company representatives, Morgan Gilliam and Ken Ojuka, repeatedly acknowledged the debt but delayed action, citing internal mergers and restructuring.
Multiple written demands were issued between December 2024 and April 2025.
Final demand sent on April 29, 2025, remains unanswered at the time of complaint.

Resolution Sought:
Immediate full refund of $1,999 USD.

One of the best out there

One of the best out there. Great support. Wish they had complete product push but maybe one day. Updates inventory and other data if you want it to, multi site and multi store. Support really tries to help.
