I’m living overseas and they have given me no way to contact them apart from a phone call. I need to email, and this is not an option. So my card remains active but unused until I can visit the UK one day. Which is doubtful.

I ordered four blue kitchen dinning…
I ordered four blue kitchen dinning chairs about three weeks ago. I emailed Debenhams to let them know that one of the chairs was scratched. They asked me to send them some pictures and my order number which I did. I even sent them my delivery. I was told someone would get in touch. Someone did via what’s app. I was asked to send the pictures again and my order number including all details of the chairs and was again told someone would be in touch. My last communication with Debenhams was the 22nd of August asking me what would I like to do. I asked them to send me another chair and collect the damaged chair. They haven’t replied back since. I still have the damaged chair and it looks awful. I won’t be buying anything from this company again. I am so disappointed.

Excellent service from Debenhams Mastercard fraud customer service today. Flagged an unusual transaction on my account, asked me to contact them and they blocked and reissued a new card. The advisor I spoke to was excellent, thank you for your help.

Safest way to shop on line.
Having my Debenhams card is a great way to spend on line or in the shops,it’s handy to have at the moment because I am decorating the house, new curtains a must.

I have been with Debenhams for several…
I have been with Debenhams for several years now. They are fab. They gave me a very high balance amount from the start and have raised it. They do not reduce this allowance when I spend less or reduce my balance which is great. It is my go to card for emergencies and I know if I need a high expense Debenhams will be there and I have time to pay. I have maxed this card snd also had nil balances and its just a great go to card. I dont get loads of fussy letters about reaching max or about reducing balance because not spending all the time. They leave me alone and know I will lay what is needed.

I enjoy my Debenhams card
I enjoy my Debenhams card.
I have had my card a long time now, with no complaints. They have stopped payments immediately when I have asked them, either when I don’t recognise them or made a mistake in my payment!
The fraud team are exceptional and have queried with me anything they have thought was not right,
Payment system is excellent although I cannot make my payments via Virgin Money but I think that is a problem with Virgin Money!
All in All I would 100% recommend Debenhams Card as being friendly and very efficient.
