I have been working with them for a few years (no choice for a small number of brands) and this is a terrible company : never seen, heard, read anything from the person who manages my account (it seems her name is Pauline), some money I am supposed to be paid is stuck for many years and nobody there cares (I suppose they don't get their commission as well), their dashboard, tables are the worst I have ever seen and they have never evolved in any way. Working with this affiliate network means a waste of time, of money and energy. To avoid (if you can).

Awful platform that never communicate with publishers. Although I have a dedicated contact person, she never propose any program and when I ask questions, her manager is the one to answer (in a particular familiar and inappropriate manner most of the time). Furthermore, it's been years now that I am still waiting for payments from some advertisers. But FinanceAds do not communicate at all, do not take action and make me understand that this is not their problem. Many other advertisers do not pay us and when some payments are agreed by the advertisers, it takes weeks, sometimes months just to be paid for few euros. Definitely the worst network I work with.
