My association with First Point is through Mr. Matt Winder, for over 6 years now. Matt is a very solid insurance professional and he is very client centric. He makes all the efforts to understand his clients’ needs and advises solutions that are most relevant to their needs and situations. He patiently discusses the options and outlines the pros vs cons. Since my first introduction I have made several changes to both my medical and life plans and in each of those situations he spends a lot of time to make sure the solution fits well. He is a committed and sincere person and thinks for the clients. His approach is very sincere and discussions are professional. He listens intently, explains clearly and ensures he operates within the framework of the policies and regulations. He is a well wisher for the family and gives us the confidence he will do the right thing for us. Matt is assisted by Ms Paige Fitzgerald, who is well organised and meticulous in her approach. She follows through well and ensures a proper coordination with the service provider. She is very responsive to queries and is professional in her approach. Mia and the First Point team have been nothing but excellent since I first began dealing with them years ago.
They recently assisted me in choosing Life Insurance and Critical Illness policies and the service and assistance they provided throughout the process was wonderful.

Just wanted to thank Peter Roberts for his advice on our claim we did not even know that we had critical cover and his advice and expertise made us put a claim in and it had come through with the full amount without Peters advice we would have never know that we could of claimed.

Mia contacted me in the Summer making enquiries about my policy. I advised that I did not wish to update the same as, since taking out the policy, I had been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes and I did not want my premium to go up.
Mia contacted me a very short while later and advised that, under my policy, my condition was a critical illness and that I may be able to make a claim under my policy.
I made the call and after a few months I did indeed receive a payout.
I really appreciate Mia taking the time to call me back and advise me that I may be entitled to some money and my premium remains as it was.

We've Peter Robert as our agent for years and Pete has provided wonderful customer service for us. We're lucky to have such a caring agent. Pete is also extremely patient to our endless questions, tirelessly explaining every point to us in an easy way to make us understand our circumstances. Peter always go miles beyond his sector to provide information for us.

They are professional, amazingly fast to respond, and very helpful. This applies to both buying new policies as well as claims. I have been a happy customer for around nine years and they never disappoint (especially Cara and Peter). They cover all of my insurance needs (vehicles, home and content, life, and health).

Recently, my wife and I, wanted to take out covering life insurance policies, to cover this and that, as we entered the Golden years together..We had existing cover, but didn't know we could get further cover up to the age 90..First point was my existing policy holder, with years of good service, we decided to trust them to get it right, and completed for our needs going forward. We had excellent service and continually good communication from the advisors, who fullfilled way over our expectations of service..Not only making the whole operation go smoothly for us, but providing us with additional advice and information for a great outcome going forward in setting up the right policies suited to us..Very professional, friendly, exact in all communication by telephone and email was most reassuringly good for us..Overall a Five ☆☆☆☆☆ experience from start to finish..thank you..

Whether it's car insurance, health insurance, or insurance on our buy-to-let properties, First Point have been great. We have used them for close to 20 years, and without exception during this period, they always get in contact in very good time before the policies are due for renewal, they are always very professional and extremely well-informed about what to do in your best interest, and are fast and efficient when they need to send us documents, and so on. In short, they do all the leg work for you, saving you hours of time trawling the net with comparison sites, and know where all the good deals are. Over the years they have no doubt saved us 1,000s of pounds, and no commission charged to us. Keep up the good work!!

My husband and I have been dealing with Mia Frost in this organisation. We have both found her extremely helpful, friendly, and is so good at explaining everything so we understand. She has an excellent telephone manner and is also very patient. In our opinion she is a treasure and so easy to communicate with she is an asset to the organisation and tries very hard in every aspect.

Matt Winder and his team are great. They make the right recommendations, know the market inside out, and make you feel well looked after with health insurance. When the insurance company does not cooperate, they jump in and solve the issues. They are great.
