Very smooth simple transaction. The simplicity and ease of Finanze to find the right lender was impressive.

Imogen at Finanze was fantastic, we were looking at a BTL property at auction which had tenants in situ and the auction was in less than a week. Imogen was able to get us quotes so quickly in less than 2 days so we knew exactly how much we could borrow and at what rates. This made us so much more confident going into the auction knowing we have terms from lenders so if we won we could easily get the bridge completed within the auction time frames. Unfortunately, we didn’t win at auction but will definitely be coming back to Finanze, as not only did Finanze find us a lender they also gave us so much detail about refinancing off the bridge and our options there with us being first time landlords.

Totally recommend Finanze - Ben helped us get Bridging Finance in place for a large complicated Auction purchase (Freehold of a Gated Housing Estate of 40 properties !)
