This website is an absolute joke. The family profile always coming up first in the search is clearly a fake, presenting a stock fashion image taken from google search. I pointed this out to the assistance and the answer I received is that I would have to ask the family. I did, and obviously never got a reply.
Most family profiles are essentially blank or filled with "yes", "hhh", or just two words. Some profiles of men are of concern as they seem to be looking for something other than an au pair. Messages directed at families are never replied and one wonders what really is the purpose of this pretend website. The answer seems obvious enough.
EDIT: just look at the style of the response to understand what this scam website is about: gaslighting, slander, and deceit. No answer as to why the family profiles who have been constantly online for months have fake pictures taken straight from google searches, nor to the other issues. Plus my account has been immediately terminated! Avoid this joke at all costs, in fact it should be reported to the authorities.

I received email notifications, once I paid my premium the website will not load. Not sure whether this is a dodgy site or a glitch in the system.

The same happened to me. I paid premium and it didn't work automatically, but quickly they fixed it. They are very service minded there.
