It's highly likely that it is a scam website

It's highly likely that it is a scam website.
There are two employees who have texted me with the same link in the course of 2 days. Both with quickly created linked in profiles. If you remove the URL params and try to land of the index page, It will look like the page was expecting a parameter which is common with scam websites done in a hurry. All links inside the website including terms and privacy is leading to the same pages.
