The conversation bot is so obvious it's laughable. You may occasionally have a conversation with a paid worker. But they leave and you're then having the most random conversations with ai.

Tried for 3 straight days while it was supposedly free, to cancel everything. It was only the day they charged that the cancellation went through to the last step, and even then it was necessary to do it through a 900 telephone which they will surely also charge
