Never reply to emails. Can't log on to the system. No contact number. No alerts. I think this website is now defunct or a con. Taking money for nothing.

Can’t even log on to their system. The register function doesn’t work. This is after they have taken my money. And there is no contact phone number for them. Not sure if this site is a scam site?

First come first served is there mode of operation. However when I go to a boarding school and cannot use my phone most of the day this makes it impossible to book a test. So in effect I just wasted my money. I had replied book to many tests within the same minute and they have not got back to me and made little to no effort to help me get a sooner test date. Due to going to a boarding school I will have to wait until the end of term to try and book another test meaning I cannot drive for another 3 months. So my tip is try something other than first come first served as for people who have other commitments it's a failure.

I can only give 5*, they deserve 100+*. Fast and very efficient. I have my full license 4 months before my test date. You can't go wrong with these guys!!

Paid the fee and received a few days of cancellations (also recommended them to a friend so she registered and paid the fee) Then no contact for 10 days (Friend also didn't have any cancellations from them at all) So I decided to check myself on gov.uk website and plenty of cancellations came up so I ended up booking a cancellation myself (My friend also did the same and she booked her own cancellation). I asked for a refund and was told I had broken the Terms & Conditions so am not eligible for a refund. I have replied back to that and have been completely ignored. Please do NOT use these scam companies, it is very easy to get a cancellation yourself. ROBBERS!!

Do not trust this service! They will take your money and do nothing to help you fond a test date. A bunch of scammers who will not refund your money when they fail to find you a test.

Really good company to work with, I payed £46 to sit my motor bike theory, and I failed the first time, so I have got a resit which I do in May. They were very quick at answering my questions through email and they rebooked it very quickly for me. Would definitely recommend this company for your driving or motor bike theory

Be careful these guys are frauds and scammers, for nearly a year not one cancellation was found, we found earlier tests by looking ourselves. After requesting a refund they keep giving you a new story and reason off why they cannot refund you. There has also been an instance where I received a fake cancellation, which would be given once I purchase their services again which is complete fraud. The 5 star reviews are all clearly bots and fake. To this day I have not gotten my refund. These people are frauds. If I had read the reviews before buying, I would never have bought the services.

Promises refund if test can't be found providing you've not requested a test. Nothing that came through was suitable.
I was told about availability by a friend so naturally I pounced on it as this website had not offered me these times.
I then canceled the service and requested a refund as I hadn't used it.. it was also within 14 days of my signing up.
Was told no, have actively searched for tests elsewhere
No I didn't. And that's not in your refund policy. Its hidden away in the terms and conditions but as I wasn't actively looking and heard about it from.someone else it's quite obvious this service isn't all its cracked up to be.
Given this was paid for by a student it strikes me as a bit shady when they've not delivered their side of the bargain.

Rescheduled my test quickly and easily with the helpful staff who had a great can-do attitude.

Do not touch them at all. Took my money, offered me 1 date which I told them I couldn't do, then wanted more money, so sent them a message to call me back. STILL WAITING. Bunch of crooks

Dont waste your money.
Do nothing but take money and allegedly find a local test but you need to pay more money to get details don't answer phones dont have any corresponding after money taken .........

EDIT They're asking for more information and trying to get it taken offline 2 months later. 26/2/2023 never had one single cancellation. Emailed several times and was ignored. SCAMMERS!!!

Signed up for this nearly 2 weeks ago to get an earlier test. Had an email confirming I had paid but not one single notification for any earlier tests. However there were cancellations but I couldn't take any because my instructor had other tests booked and I am working. They emailed out of the blue saying they couldn't book tests because my details were wrong. I hadn't even received any notifications anyway. My instructor managed to get me an earlier test by checking the dvsa website. I asked for a refund because I hadn't received any notifications or received the service I paid for. They are using the same stock answer that they've given to plenty of people. Apparently I've broken the terms and conditions by using another company to find an earlier test which is completely false as my instructor got me an earlier test from the dvsa website. I will be reporting this company to trading standards and will fight constantly to get my money back. I will not be giving up until I get my money back. Please do not use this company. They will take your money and not provide the service. Complete scam!

Avoid at all costs. Have received two alternate dates in over four months. Decided to register with a different company and already have an earlier date. Requested refund and nothing doing. Definitely use Driving Test Now - much better and cheaper! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I had an issue and contacted customer service, and they replied immediately to each of my responses, really impressed with how they dealt with my problem and resolved it. I would recommend the site if you wish to find a cancellation for driving tests.

Only email ever received was for payment. Not one notification for any driving tests, phone number doesn't connect, no reply to emails sent. Do not give this company your money, you will never get a refund or a date for a driving test. Avoid

I was having trouble inputting the information of my driving licence. So I contacted them and roge was able to sort it all out for me straight away. So thankyou very much for that! All in all brilliant customer service.
