i have just joined and my son failed his test went to ask how i could re-join received an email within an hour from Phil and advised no charge just need to amend driving test date .. i have found this company excellent from the start answered every email and advised me on what to do within a couple of hours at the most

This is an excellent company to deal with in terms of how quickly they get back to you. I had been with another such company who did not bother answering emails/texts/calls.
I would thoroughly recommend Findmeadriving test.

Booked through this site by accident not realising it was not the GOV.UK site (I know!) as soon as I realised what I had done I emailed, explained and asked for a refund (in the meantime I booked a Theory Test through the correct site for £23.00). Its been a week now and despite several emails I have had no refund. When I threatened to contact Trading Standards I received an email from 'Henry' telling me they have been replying to my sons email address which was used to book the test (although my card was used to pay), checked my sons emails and surprise surprise no emails! I am now £42.00 out of pocket, they have not provided me any service and not booked a test. AVOID AT ALL COSTS ITS CHEAPER AND EASIER TO BOOK YOURSELF THROUGH THE PROPER CHANNELS!

I booked two tests by mistake, and the fee was refunded straight away. Very pleased with their response.

Very good. They found a test for me immediately when I asked and changed it to one that was convenient for me. Would highly recommend to find test easy and quick.

I cannot praise this service enough! our granddaughter was in despair having failed a test just prior to the November lock down, nothing could be re-booked earlier than February 2021, some three months hence, this would doubtless have been cancelled due to backlog way before then prolonging things further, I signed up to “Find me a driving test” paid £20 and waited, having used the “auto book” feature miraculously within two weeks I received a confirmed test change date to 3/12/2020 at 10.20am at the specifically desired test centre, this was the very day tests were restarted after lockdown number two. It would have been impossible to get one earlier! I’m pleased to say she passed and is now happily driving around in her car! Thank you so much, you have made a young woman very happy (and a couple of older folk!)

I highly recommend using this company to book your theory test, they are so very helpful and couldn’t have done better. They changed my theory test date three times with ease and were fast and willing to do so for me.

We managed to get one 3 weeks early and my son passed - hoorah!

I would recommend them if you're looking to get an earlier test - worth paying the £20 to save you time in keep checking. You must be quick and responsive to your text messages, as you get a 15 min window to hit BOOK, but it's on a first come, first served basis!

Great experience with find me a driving test. They found me my first one perfectly and adapted to my time and when I was available.

The second time took a little while. But I soon mentioned how long it took and they helped me instantly and got it resolved.

The term were easy to contact and eager to help! They managed to find me a test soon despite the current months-long waiting list, and were very accommodating for my specific requests, really recommend:)

I am computer illiterate and made a mess of opening an account and booking my theory test. I expected a nightmare experience getting it sorted ...... but NO! One e-mail later, everything sorted out for me - no problem at all! Very, very happy with the service so far.

Great service looked until they found a acceptable date for us..

I give them 3 stars (average) as, whilst the App seems like a good idea, in practice I found it did not perform. Presumably, too few cancellations becoming available and too many people looking for them. I received nothing for the 3 weeks that I was with them. Instead, I chose to check the .gov website myself, everyday, many, many times and got a cancellation, twice.
That said, they did refund me back my money without issue.
