i cant check detail my daughter phone

I find this app to be useful, helpful, easy and very inexpensive. Five stars!

I love this application, it gives me peace of mind always knowing where my children are. My only problem is that when i changed my phone it wasn't easy for me to reconnect my kids. And also their location isn't precise anymore. But i will not change to another application because this was my first and I am a loyal person.

My child’s phone loses location frequently, not due to her, and it’s often wrong, also the GPS shows her going in slanted lines when it should show her on roads.

This app is very good and helpful his always give me notifications when my son leaves home. Thank you so much for this app am very grateful 🙏 😍😍

It seems like the tracking timing is off lately. My son was home for at least seven minutes before I got the notification. This is happening more often. I would go in, minimize all apps on my phone then restart this app.
Otherwise, I do like the tracking. I believe that is about what I use this for most often

Sometimes it lags on my phone

I feel that even a 1 star is being too generous. It seems like the service has gone downhill. I no longer get notifications on where my chile is at and his location is never accurate. This is not a one time experience. This has been for sometime. I have had to download a different app even though I am already paid for this one. I am really diappointed in this service and I will not be renewing for a 3rd year.

Location is off! When my daughter travels for games and competitions it will tell me she's still at the stadium when really she's on her way back to town.

We constantly trace the whereabouts of our disabled daughter. Findmykids often reports the wrong type of movement of our daughter! This worries us every time as we fear that she has been taken in somebodies car! This inaccuracy should be fixed immediately!

I would like to express my opinion regarding the application, whose daily use remains imperfect in several respects.
Indeed, the location updates are sometimes insufficiently responsive, and there are occasions when my child moves without the cursor reflecting their movements in real time. Likewise, the notifications indicating their departure from home or arrival at their destination do not always reach me, which significantly limits the usefulness of the service.
It also happens that the cursor remains frozen on the map, resulting in inaccurate and unreliable tracking.
Considering the cost of the subscription — €46 — it is regrettable not to be able to fully and comfortably benefit from all the features offered.
It would therefore be desirable for these issues to be improved in order to ensure an optimal user experience that meets expectations.

My kid is at school now wtih her phone, but the app shows that she is at home. It has happened for 5 days.

The position is very often wrong, the timing is wrong. I can't see the position of my kids just in time which is one of the mos relevant topics

I did not know where my child ran off to and he was easily found utilizing this great app.

I had this app for awhile now for my special need children’s, never in a million years I think I would had touse it to track my missing child. Long story short the teacher called and couldn't find my child, using app with surrounding sounds and horn sound I was able to get my child attention and locate. Great app! 4 stars instead of 5 is I find the app difficult to use and understand.
