My experience was exactly the same as everyone here. Luckily my cc blocked the follow-up charge of $39US. I had to change my cc number and update all auto-billing. BTW - they did not have the manual I was looking for. TOTAL SCAM.

Scam website. My transaction didn't go through and my bank told me that was because the bank had blocked the transaction due to the company being known as fraudsters.

Please contact your credit card company if you believed you have been scammed. My experience was the same everyone else. No need to repeat.

Do not deal with this lot,complete scammers they take the £1.49 for a manual that never arrived and then deduct another £29.66 same day. My bank will be looking at this lot after 7 days.

I ordered a manual which they could not find and was initially charged £0.95 as quoted but I just looked at my bank statement now and was shocked to see on my next month statement Findmymanual then charged £95.50 the next month! Looking at reviews below this has happened to several other people. Not sure if they are just thieves or they got hacked? I will contact my bank and see what can be done. But in any case, STAY WELL AWAY!!

Total scam. My wife is elderly and vulnerable and she has lost £200 to these thieves. If I could award a no star I would do so. I will try and expose them in the national Press. They must be stopped.

Looking at my bank statement I realised what should have cost me 95 PENCE has now cost me 2 lots of £99.95 for something I didn't ask for. I've just found this review page and realised their scammers. Off to bank 1st thing Tuesday morning 🤬

Scam same as everyone else, and it’s impossible to stop them. They need to be stopped. My bank says it can’t stop them until I unsubribe, but you can’t even put your email in.

Ordered a manual at a cost of £0.95. A week later a charge of £99.95 was charged to my credit card. Bank stopped payment, put it through as fraud and stopped my bank card.

I am retired and like everyone else can ill afford to pay for something like this. I have tried to email them via their website but although it said it had been sent the email has bounced back to me. It is very upsetting and it makes you feel stupid. The funny thing is the manual was for my washing machine which broke down 2 week later. Hey ho

I thought I ordered one manual for a very small amount. But then I saw that GBP 49.95 was deducted from my credit card. I thought it must have been my mistake and I accidentally bought all the manuals possible. Only now two months later, when I saw that another GBP 49.95 was deducted, did I start research other comments about the company online, and I realised that this was actually a subscription. There is nothing that makes that clear. I found my original confirmation of ordering the one manual and there is nothing that mentions subscription, actual costs and other terms - how can this be legal ?

A scam company. I paid 99p for a download of a manual (unreadable). Then discovered they had taken £99.95 out 2 weeks later for a subscription I didn't ask for. I rang company but no response. I got my bank to put a stop on them and investigate this fraud. They will continue to take money out of your bank account until you cancel the subscription,which I found impossible to do. This is definitely a SCAM company. Please do not use them or tick terms & conditions. I am going to report them to Watchdog, this scam needs to be stopped.

This is a scam. I paid £1.95 for which I received the wrong manual.
I have been charged £49.95 monthly for the last 2 months!!

Total scam (scum) company! I believe I bought a manual from them months ago for under £1. I've just found a recent payment to them on my credit card for £49.95!!! Card co are refunding and blocking. Will never use them again.

I purchased a manual in Nov 22 for 1.49. Stupidly I have only just seen that each month since then I have had 24.90 deducted from my account. I did not agree to this. Customer service not helpful as the person I spoke to has 'escalated' my query to another level. Total scammers. I have read many others who have had the same problem with them. Don't touch them.

Scammers purely and simply. Avoid using. I only found out by checking my bank statement and not recognising findmymanual entry. Luckily I was refunded 5 months of payments for something I did not sign up to.

Just read other folks reviews. I agree entirely that these people are scammers and should be avoided at all costs

This lot would get no stars if pos. Purchased a coffee machine manual for a few pence and a few days later I'm paying £49.20 for something. No chance! Complete scam. Don't touch with a bargepole.

These guys are big scammers. They offered .95 which is a great deal accept for the fact that I only received an invoice that I had .95 for a manual that was never distributed. Then unbeknownst to me, now having my credit card number, they charged my card an additional $46.95 six days later, for I do not know. But yeah, my advice is to avoid these guys and get your manuals straight from maker of your equipment which oftentimes will be free of charge.
