These guys just took all my insurance information and told me I qualified then never contacted me again. Then I got a letter in the mail saying my insurance was excepted for some weird sounding treatment that I never asked for. I am still looking into this.

Octave's online portal that lets therapists book appointments has a lot of issues, to the point where one of my sessions was never booked properly so I never received a link to join. Support is pretty useless -- they take days to respond to emails and told me they'd cancelled my upcoming appointments when they actually hadn't. The online portal has very limited features currently so you have to heavily rely on messaging support.
Great idea -- affordable therapy through insurance -- terrible execution.

“My therapist is the best! I could not have improved mentally as much as I have without her.”
