I give it a CERO

I give it a CERO . My quoted rate was 5.56 cent for 3 days. They charged my account $211.97 . When I called CS . I was told it was “ Extra hidden fees and taxes “. Total SCAM.

I would give Findparking.com zero stars…

I would give Findparking.com zero stars if possible. I was scammed out of an additional $100 in order to leave the parking lot. I did not exceed my time. I asked to be refunded this money by only got the runaround. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Scam alert.

I’d give them zero stars if I could

I’d give them zero stars if I could. Our vehicle was one of like 10 that were victims of smash and grabs. They said there were cameras which added to the sense of security but they didn’t mention that no one was watching the cameras. When I reported the incident they sent me a page long email about how I can’t find them liable rather than what they’d do to prevent it in the future. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

False advertising

I booked parking at America's Best Western near Tulsa International Airport. But didn't see in the confirmation that I had to reserve the shuttle 24 hours in advance. So I had to pay for a taxi to the airport. On my return trip could not get anyone to answer the phone to reserve the shuttle. Called Findparking and they couldn't get an answer either. They said they had nothing to do with the shuttle. So I guess a taxi when I get back. I could have parked at the airport cheaper. Now I am worried about my cars safety.
UPDATE: I finally got someone to answer the phone 2 hours after my deadline to reserve shuttle. They couldn't give me a reason why the phone wasn't answered until after 1pm. When I returned my car had several small dents in the hood and doors most were in places that could not be door dings.

I hadn’t read the small print

I hadn’t read the small print
In the confirmation e-mail.

You can not only NOT cancel your reservation after the time of check in has gone by (I, mistakenly put 2 hours before a flight that I had changed to a later flight~and hadn’t updated, thinking that earlier would be fine to pick up later).

I assumed the location would have a shuttle to the airport. Although the small print did say it didn’t, I hadn’t read it.

That was not an option to cancel. (Only medical or other exceptions).

I tried to cancel the rest of the days, thinking if I had to pay, at least reduce it to one day.

They would not.

I got stuck with the full 10 day charge.

Customer service has no leniency.

A very deceptive lure to a too good to be true cheapest.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam.
I paid for a parking space, near Edmonton International Airport, and received no confirmation of my payment from the company.
To find out what was going on, I drove to the Motel where the parking space was supposed to be provided at. When I told them that I paid already, I was informed that the Motel has no affiliation what so ever with FindParking or with Way.com Airportparking.
Since I really needed to find a place to park my vehicle at for two weeks, I ended up paying again but this time I paid the motel directly and received I receipt on the spot.
I contacted Findparking/Way.com via email and also by phone but received no messages or calls back.
At the moment, I am going through the dispute process to get my money back.
Do not use this company, find somebody legitimate!

Findparking.com are thieves!!!

I reserved parking at a hotel near Phoenix sky harbor, or so I thought. I did not receive a confirmation email and sent a request twice for the confirmation through the app. When I still wasn’t receiving the confirmation, I sent a cancellation, which I also did not receive an email. I decided to proceed to the hotel, who had no record of my reservation. I proceeded to park at general parking for over $100 more than my rate would have been. They proceeded to charge my credit card and refuse to refund me the money. Way.com and all associated names are scam artists. Their app says you sent a request but never sends anything. Avoid them at all costs unless you have money you’re willing to have stolen from you!!!!

Far away parking, no shuttle?

They accepted parking reservation for 5:30am, at a hotel 9+ miles from the airport, knowing full well that the shuttle from that hotel to the airport doesn’t start running until 7am (!!!) not only did I have to rush back to the airport to park my car ANYwhere, just to catch my flight… they won’t return money for that botched reservation - only provide all sorts of bogus excuses. This business is a disaster. Never again.
