Never heard back (update - received a refund & apology)
Never heard back - the service was not fulfilled. Not sure of the reason, hopefully it was just some kind of error. I responded to their (automated?) text asking when they think they could get the info to me and didn't get a response. I would have contacted them again via email or whatever other contact is on the site, but by then my pharmacy was finally able to fill my meds. Please consider confirmation of spoken or written contact with the customer. Even if the error was on my end (lost email or something?), or if you weren't able to find the meds, I would have really appreciated some kind of closure on the transaction.
UPDATE: Someone reached out to me promptly after I posted the review to apologize and refund my payment. I appreciate their responsivity, and I will consider giving their service another try in the future.

Super fast & easy
I’ll be honest…. I was skeptical. But within an hour, this team found my script and I had it in hand the next day. This is my second time using a service like this, but the competitor found me a different dosage than I requested. Will definitely use again if I can’t find my prescription again.

I am shocked this is not a scam. It was worth the try for $40 even if I didn’t get it back. I’ve spent countless hours searching for meds and in a few hours, it was located, rx transferred, and acquired in the same day. Impeccable service! And they call/text communication. Can’t beat it!

Faster Med Solutions Review
Honestly, I was about to give up on finding my Zepbound. However, when I found out about Faster Med Solutions, I decided to give it a shot. After 2 days they were able to find my Zepbound 7.5 mg!! I'm so glad that the FMS team was able to find my medication, cuz I just can't do it with my 9-5 job. I'll be definitely signing up for future searches to get my refills! Highly recommend FMS!
