Booked car to go to Gatwick airport at 4:45am and no one came and customer service didn’t answer, made us later for our flight and we ended up paying last minute for a black cab!!!

We (FindTransfers) are not a transfer company. You entered your journey details in to our system and received offers from 9 different taxi / private hire companies. You then selected the cheapest of the 9 offers and made your booking with Speedbird Transfers. They are an independent transfer company. They are not employed by FindTransfers and we have no control over their operations. Once you choose a company and make a booking, that company is solely responsible for your transport.
Your review is of the service received from Speedbird Transfers. We have just contacted them to find out why they were not there to meet you this morning and have cc'd you in to the email so you can reply.

I chose the most competive quote and was met on time by a friendly driver at the airport with a lovely vehicle. The return journey back to to airport was equally good with a lovely driver and vehicle.

Great easy to use service
Put simply the easiest way to find a well priced private transfer fast. Used for ski transfers in France, Italy and Austria...companies send you a 'bid' for the journey, and you choose the one you like based on price/reviews. Will 100% use again next year.

A Great way to Find Transferrs
I have used FindTransfers a number of times over the years and it has always worked extremly well. I always receive a number of offers from Taxi Companies and choose the best one for me based on price and previous ratings. The company I have choosen has always been on time at the pickup and the vehicles have been in good condition and clean. The drivers have been good. I definitly recommend the FindTransfers service.

Really helpful service
I found myself needing a transfer from Courmayeur to Geneva Airport. I was struggling to find a competitive quotation, that was not a shared transfer, at a time that suited my requirements. Findtransfers.com provided exactly what I needed by supplying multiple quotes. The quotes all included reviews and licence details and the booking process was very straightforward. The company I booked the transfer with were great. I have already used again to find future transfers.
