First sample allegedly wasn’t received. Second one might have well not have been. Report is total gobly gook, makes no sense, in instructions red means one thing and on report red means something totally different apparently.

Groupon didn't want to know . Useless customer services
My wife saw this so called company advertised through Wowcher and paid via Paypal.She received a voucher number from Wowcher and then contacted the above company.She then filled out the online forms and sent the samples for analysis.Nothing happened,no emails to confirm samples had arrived etc.After several weeks we contacted Wowcher who said we must deal with the company concerned. This bought no results.Contacting Paypal had the same results.'Nothing to do with us'. This so called company uses a PO Box and are still advertising.I believe this company to be a Scam outfit so be careful.Altogether a poor show from Wowcher and Paypal
