I am super sorry for not better explaining why we did not cold pack. This product does not actually need to be cold packed and I actually asked the company because I wanted to be sure! I apologize that we did not explain that better to you as the integrity of the products you purchase is important to us both!

I like purchasing quality products...
I like purchasing quality products from a trusted source. I love the notes that come in the online order deliveries, and I love the coupon and sale notifications (I like to save my hard earned $$!)
