I am so sorry about this! Try dropping them in water/juice for them to dissolve across 15 minutes. That often does the trick! Disappointed that my refrigerated…
Disappointed that my refrigerated prebiotic shipped with a cold pack was delivered very warm. Concerned about the efficacy of the product and maybe shouldn't offer these to be shipped in summer.

I am so sorry that we didn't do a better job. I would have the same concern as you on this. I have good news though! I talked to one of the head scientists at Klaire labs research asking around this question. He said that "refrigerated probiotics can be in very hot temperatures upwards of 90-100 degrees for two weeks and still maintain potency. Its more around the longer term storage that is vital to maintain potency."
He said that the shipping stage is not whats vital. He said that the companies storage and the end customers storage is whats vital. The Healthy Place stores them in refrigeration and you can rest assure with the cold pack that we included would leave efficacy at 100%.
This feedback is helpful though as my goal would still be for it to be cool by the time the customer receives for their peace of mind! As the owner, your business means alot to me and I want to make sure you feel great about your purchases with us!
