Ordered a body for mother's day the 13…

Ordered a body for mother's day the 13 of april, got the order on 17st, by now is still on printing, body will not be home by time for mother's day and probably will not fit anymore tho, i Will NOT suggest to buy from here, 2 days ago(7th may) they told me that the order is quality cheching and will soon leave factory,then I was asking if could be home by time, no more answer.

disgusting level of service

disgusting level of service. advertise 10-15 day standard delivery or 5 days express delivery. paid the express delivery and here I am 21 days later and according to their supplied postage tracker it still hasn't been sent.

overpriced and underperforming rip off.

Horrible Company

Horrible company! Ordered a onesie for my daughter's new baby for Mother's Day in early April and it arrived timely, but in the wrong size I ordered. Newborn size will NOT fit my grandson! I didn't order newborn! Wrote them and they acknowledged me and asked for a picture of the tag on the one I received, which I immediately sent. I have not heard a word from them again despite multiple attempts, begging for an update or communication for the past two+ weeks. With Mother's Day around the corner looks like I will have to fight for my money back. I'm so angry and disappointed. Wish I had read all the reviews before I placed my order.

I placed my order for a mothers day…

I placed my order for a mothers day onsie for over a month ago and paid for "fast delivery" so it would arrive before Mother’s Day and every time I have checked on the progress it has been “in printing” for weeks. Have sent numerous emails and had no replies. Very disappointing. Do not recommend. will be calling my credit card as well to report it.

Had to tap a star to reply but these people deserve no stars. I've had the same experience as everyone one else. This is my daughter's first Mother's day and it looks like it will be ruined because of these people. Ordered April 17, credit card charged but onesie being printed for 3 weeks now. Will be reporting this to my credit card company and anyone else I can find.

Where is my order?

Ordered a custom onesie over a month ago and paid for express shipping so it will arrive before Mother’s Day and every time I have checked on the progress it has been “in printing” for weeks. Have sent numerous emails and Facebook msgs and had no replies. Very disappointing. Do not recommend.

Ordered onesie for my granddaughter on…

Ordered onesie for my granddaughter on April 15, money charged to my Visa immediately. In print shop the next day. I thought great, I'll get it in time. It's still in print shop, email is nonexistent, getting undeliverable notices,Facebook messages are not responded to. Mothers day is ruined since I won't be getting it. Stay away from this company

If I could rate on a negative scale I WOULD!!
If you are considering ordering from FineKick.....DO NOT DO IT!!
orders do not arrive in a timely manner! Placed an order for 2 items, same day(4/25) still waiting on the 2nd item and it will arrive past the date needed! If you read their comments, which I did prior to the order they state orders will arrive on time! When I started asking/posting comments in reference to this, now I cannot comment! (Blocked I suppose) Smoke and mirrors here! 😡🤬 I will be disputing the transaction with my bank!!
Although once I went to negative posting amazingly I get an email that my order has shipped! It had been “in printing” status for well over a week.
It will arrive in 5-9 working days..... AFTER Mother’s Day! Per their site and comments it would arrive before that day!!
Word of mouth is the best form of advertising, my advise....DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Crooks

My mother in law ordered me a shirt last month. They took her $29 Immediately but I still have not received the shirt. We’ve sat on the phone for a total of 3 hours on hold. She finally got ahold of them, gave them her confirmation code, they hung up on her. We’ve sent 9 emails total in a month and surprise.. no answer. I don’t recommend them.

I have never dealt with such an…

I have never dealt with such an terrible company. I placed an order 7 weeks before I needed it and paid to up grade shipping.....well I never received my item. I had to email them several times before anyone would answer me then all of sudden my item was shipped with a 9 day time frame. I then requested a tracking number since I paid extra for that and no one ever answered my email. I will never purchase an item again from this company and will tell everyone I know to never buy from them!

Finekick to the nuts. Stay away!

Same issue as everyone else is describing. Ordered a onesie 3 weeks ago for Mother’s Day and it has yet to show up. Paid for express service. No one replies to emails. Stay away from these crooks.

Extremely disappointed like everyone else...total rip off!

Ordered the Mother's day sweater and a onesie as a gift for my daughters 1st Mothers day.
Sweater arrived without the name I requested, it is just blank. I have never received the onesie. On the tracking it says that it is still in printing. Definitely not going to receive it before Sunday.
Communicated via email a few times with Adam from customer service, but I was just getting the runaround.
Fortunately, I purchased through PayPal and I've been able to submit a claim and suspend the $75 sweater payment until PayPal investigates (PayPal rocks!). Unfortunately, the $33 for the onesie has been paid, however I will be submitting a refund claim through PayPal for that also.
So, I have a useless sweater now that I can't even have personalized and gift because it is tied up in this claim. I am totally dispirited about my Daughters first Mommas Day gift! I was super excited to give her what I expected to be an awesome sweater with the matching onesie for my Granddaughter.

Please DO NOT deal with Teezily or Finekick! The only things you will receive from them are getting ripped off, disappointment and hassle!!

May 13,2019 UPDATE:
Mothers day has come and gone, never received the onesie. Finekick has blocked me from posting on their Facebook page. I only wrote 1 comment telling others not to order and put a link to Finekicks reviews here in order to save others from being ripped off.
I have also submitted a claim through PayPal seeking a refund.
Hope everyone that has been scammed are able to receive their money back also!

Placed 1st mothers day onesie order on April 17th as of today still not in print, this date keeps changing daily it seems like. I have emailed them and also sent face book messages still no response, they didn't hesitate to take my $40.00 though.
