I'm been using Fine Linens for years as I am a linen snob. I have 8 bedrooms so I need a lot of linens/quilts/bathroom things. I made an error on an expensive order and they treated me so well. I will never use anyone else for my fine linens.

Great service and prices!
I have purchased three different times from Fine Linens. One time, my order was delivered with one pillow case missing. I contacted Fine Linens, they immediately apologized and had the missing case delivered to my home within 3-4 days. I always enjoy shopping at Fine Linens. Their pricing is always competitive!

Not off to a good start
I bought this blanket 20 years ago and it was such a great bed covering I wanted to buy the same brand for my larger bed. But it seems like the quality is not the same. After one wash and dry it has shrunk so much I'm afraid if I dry it again it wil be too small for the bed. And it is shedding like a rug. Paid $200 and wondered if I would have done better with the oversized King or maybe even a lower priced blanket from Bed Bath & Beyond?

Replacing my sheets went from a nightmare to a dream after contacting Fine Linens. Dave and his team made my shopping experience a breeze. Within 5 minutes of walking into the cute shop located at the corner of 81st and Lex, I was shown samples and given insight on what direction I should take. I ended up getting Peacock Alley Soprano sheets, one set in white and the other in ivory. My sheets only took a WEEK to arrive at my door step. They also threw in a 20% promotion that was running, along with free shipping. I was so pleased with my in-person experience and follow-up service. If you are in the market for high-end sheets or stuff for your home, take a trip down to Fine Linen, you won’t be disappointed.
