Everything about ordering from Fine Rug Collection was as promised, from getting the rug within days of ordering to getting a refund on the first rug that I ordered and ended up returning. I spoke with one of the people working at Fine Rug Collection who was helpful and courteous. I called him back, and he greeted me by name. Ordering and customer service can't get any better than that!

The quality of the rugs is outstanding. This is not the first rug I or my daughters have purchased. I think we have now bought 4 or 5 rugs from the Fine Rug Collection.

The rug is as pictured online and in the video. The rug arrived quickly. It’s difficult to have a perfect
understanding of it’s exact color as computer images are so different but numerous pictures help as does the associated words in the description.

Ordering process went smoothly. Product delivered on time as promised. Quality of product matches the description on seller's website. Overall satisfied with process. However, the additional discount for providing email subscription was not done automatically. I received the discount code after the sale was completed.

They did not answer my phone calls or emails when I tried to get in touch with them.

I looked at the reviews and loved the fact that I could actually see a video of the rug online. I found one with the colors I wanted and placed the order. Timing, delivery etc. was great. When I finally got to placing the rug (we were re-doing our dining room), I noticed there were I'll call ridges in the rug. I thought that they would eventually go away with time. I actually sent an email asking what I could do. I never received a response. As of today (6/14), still no response, and the condition of the rug is the same. Based on the lack of communication, I cannot give a higher rating even though I love the colors of the rug.
