This is the 3rd rug that we have purchased from Fine Rug Collection. Beautiful Rug, soft and smooth.

I purchased this rug because it has vinyl strips sewn underneath on the sides. The rug lays real nice. I am very happy with the purchase and the price.

Beautiful rug; quick delivery.

Company was a pleasure to deal with - quickly answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Rug is beautiful - exactly as described. It’s so helpful that they have videos of the rugs so that you can get a better feel for the colors in the rug. I sent three rugs back from other retail sellers because the colors in the rugs looked so different on their websites than in person. I’m very pleased with my beautiful new rug and the price was certainly right.

Colors:were not at all how they looked on the website. Sent it back - which was a MAJOR ordeal as it was almost impossible to repack and then I had to get ups out to pick it up - weighed over 70# according to the wrapper. I would re commend you fond a rug locally and just pay the price. The rug was pretty and soft but I don't think it was a high quality oushak.

We ordered a rug online and then received a call a few days later that they could not find it in their warehouse. After looking for it for a week without luck we canceled the order. The only reason for three stars instead of one is that Steve was professional and courteous. He took the time to call me and let me know the situation. I'm very disappointed...it took a long time to find a rug that my husband and I both liked.

Product as advertised, packed well, shipped fast. HD video of product was very helpful in decision process. Quality of product was excellent

The rug arrived in 2 business days, and it is beautiful! The exact size and color we needed. Good photos and precise measurements are an excellent feature of Fine Rugs. Nice service all around.

The rug we purchased was in excellent condition and we are enjoying it immensely. I have no complaints regarding the purchase experience, however, I think it would be a nice touch if the purchased rugs could be cleaned before being delivered to the customer.
