Do NOT order from Finesse Montreal.

I ordered 2 sweaters on November 28/25 which the website said would be delivered by Canada Post. The items arrived from China via Dragonfly delivery on December 18. I opened the package to find absolutely unwearable garbage that bore no resemblance to pictures on the website. One 'sweater' was actually a cheap long sleeved T-shirt onto which the pattern of the sweater had been poorly imprinted. The second 'sweater' was a cheap red rugby styled shirt that looked nothing like the item I had ordered from the website. The return address they provided for refunds is a WINS (Women in Need Society) donation centre in Calgary, AB. I sent my items there by Canada Post tracked mail and am waiting for a refund but I do not really expect the company will follow thru. If they do, I will be happy to revise this review. In my opinion Finesse Montreal is a SCAM. I am hoping my credit card company will have better luck getting my refund.

Not recommended …

I ordered a pair of shoes on December 2nd and I haven’t received it until today December 21 although they said that the shipping would come from Montreal
I tried to track the shipping which seems it is coming from china
I will tell you more about my experience when I receive it because until now I have no idea if it’s coming or not
I just received today after 20 days of course it’s not like I expected
It’s just a website and sell you items with the Canadian price but the materials are cheap
Would be better if they are honest from the beginning and do like shein and give us the right delivery time and the price the item worth
Don’t buy from them

Cannot be trusted

I ordered 3 sweaters on December 10. Website stated they would be shipped sameday using Canada Post. December 12 i received a notice that one sweater would be shipped from China arriving Dec 20 to 29. It is a Christmas Sweater. The other 2 sweaters have not been shipped as of Dec 12. The website indicates they are in Montreal. Shipping to Toronto should only have taken a few days. They do not provide a phone number or address so I don't believe they are in Montreal.

No response for refunds.

I ordered a pair of boots which took forever to arrive. I was getting suspicious of the company. When they finally arrived, they were too big, so I sent them back. Their refund policy says you have 30 days. It cost me 20 dollars to mail with a tracking number. I was notified by Canada Post that the address listed on their website didn't exist. I have contacted them several times, and they don't respond.
