Well, Kent is a true gentleman, he is skilled, caring and a real professional!
We changed all of the blinds in our house, and were extremely pleased with them. I would recommend Finesse blinds to anyone.

We had the pleasure of meeting Kent over two years ago when Finesse was starting up! Absolute gentleman but in addition great prices and even better service! Today was the 4th set of blinds in ours and our sons home!
Highly recommend as i am sure you will feel the same after the installation's! Goes beyond the norm!

Kent has fitted 2 windows for us . One a difficult one in a bathroom with a tap in the way. He gave us a solution we did not know could be done we now have a beautiful shutter that we can still fully open back if we wish to .
And a one in our bedroom.
Attention to detail excellent. Well priced .

I would only ever recommend finnesseshutters to anyone having shutters fitted . Kent is so knowledgeable and he is a perfectionist in what he does. We invited him around to look at installing shutters for us we ran into a few issues with the height of our sofa making it impossible to have shutters that you can open but kent worked around that with his knowledge and recommend we have shutters not on hinges but held on with magnets . They are amazing and you would never know. The quality of the finished product is perfect . Highly recommend .

Kent is truly a craftsman of his trade, and his knowledge and passion really shines through.

We met 3 fitters in total (2 of which were big brands) and Kent was the only one who spent time with us to understand what we wanted and walked us through a few issues he identified and how he was going to get around them.

If you're considering shutters, it's imperative you use him!! This is someone who knows this business and trade inside out, in comparison to the big brands out there!

Today Kent from Finesse Shutters visited my house to give me a quote for new blinds in my lounge. When he saw my damaged blind he advised me that it would repair very easily and that it would be silly to have a new blind when the existing one could be repaired. He explained to my husband how to repair it and said if you have difficulties to call him at a later date! His advise was perfect....my husband will repair the blind. Kent was friendly and efficient giving us great advice to repair
our blind. We were very grateful for his advice.
I would definitely recommend Kent to anyone who needs good honest help or very nice new blinds/shutters. A lovely man very nice to do business with.

Kent is a star, knows what he is talking about and provides multiple options which are also aligned to cost. No hard sell, and delivered on time ( one set was early). Gave us exactly what we required. Very happy customer and looking to use finesse shutters again for our bay window.
