Good company to deal with, easy clear numberplate ordering system, mats arrived in about 10 days. Small problem that one of the clips did not fit over the peg on the car floor, but no problem as they quickly resolved with no quibble. Would buy again from them.

I am now reading that this Company was dissolved last year - why then are they still taking orders and money off Customers???
Multiple reviews on here with people saying they've been in communication with them. I've been emailed them for nearly a week and getting zero replies. When I threatened legal action, their website was suddenly updated to show my order as despatched and gave tracking number for EVRI. EVRI tracking saying they've been waiting on the parcel since 28-Oct-25!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THE COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST. THEY ARE TAKING ORDERS AND MONEY ILLEGALLY!

This is my second time ordering from FCM, and they did not disappoint once again.

I ordered my previous carpets over 2 years ago and they’ve lasted me very well. I’ve ordered another pair from the same company as I don’t trust anywhere else to provide such good quality carpets.

I’d recommend to anybody to get carpets from here, especially the higher quality ones as they genuinely give the want to take your shoes off, they’re so comfortable.

I ordered two car mats from Finest Car Mats over a month ago but have only received one so far. I’ve contacted the company several times and have been told repeatedly that the second mat is on its way, yet it still hasn’t arrived.

It’s a real shame because the mat I did receive is great quality — well-made, fits perfectly, and looks excellent in my car. Unfortunately, the customer service and delivery experience have been very disappointing.

If they could sort out their communication and fulfilment process, they’d have an excellent product to back it up. As it stands, I’m still waiting for my second mat and feeling quite let down by the service.

Ordered a set of Prestige mats and took weeks to show up. But they only sent a front set of Prestige mats. Contacted them and it took further time for the rear mats to show up but they were cheap and basic. Contacted James who promised to sort it out but lo and behold, a week later, another set of cheap and basic rear mats showed up.

Appalling company and service. Stay away!

Excellent product and first class customer service

I ordered some car mats for my Volvo, I ordered the premium quality mats. Paid £50 for them so I was expecting decent quality. Firstly, their delivery was terrible. I waited 3 weeks for them to arrive, and heard nothing from the seller. When they arrived they're the same as those cheap ones you can get from Halfords etc. this is a scam. They don't respond to you. Terrible company. AVOID!

Just received my order for car mats for vw troc and they are fantastic great quality and really look good delivery was good and on time 👍

I ordered a set of Pestigue car mats with a coloured edging . For my BMW 640 . They finally came after 10 days or so.
What a dissapointment. Made of the thinest cheapest material and bound with very thin edging joined in many areas.
They cost £59.95 and look like £10.00 worth . I would be embarissed to put them in the car. They have no fixing points and fit poorly.
I folowed the procedure of emailing them and the reply was we will only give you a partial refund and you have to pay the post !!!

The customer service from James and the team at finest car mats was quite simply exemplary. All my queries were answered clearly and very quickly. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality car mats at good prices!

Ordered a boot mat instead of footwell mats by mistake due to misleading images of the product. Placed another order for the correct mats and received the wrong ones. Shipping took much longer than advised after ordering.
Icing on the cake though, is that when I contacted them to arrange a return and refund, it took days to receive a reply, breaking their 1 working day reply promise. Additionally, this poor customer support has led my order to expire past the 30-day return policy, leaving me stuck £130 down and still with no car mats.
Actual quality of the mats isn't bad but that doesn't really matter when they're the wrong mats for me.

Terrible product. Mats don’t come with any method of securing them in position. They just slide around the footwell

Also the label was glued to the mat which I couldn’t get off. See attached photo. Avoid!

Car mats didn’t quite fit, refunded me quick and easy! Great customer service all round!

Had some issues with my original order for a rubber boot mat for my X5. It came in good time but was the wrong item. I then experienced problems with customer service as reported by other reviewers. However, I was contacted by the new management with an apology and everything was sorted out very efficiently. The replacement mat has arrived, good quality and fits perfectly. The five star rating I gave reflects the way the new management deal with issues, which are bound to arise from time to time.

To be fair the delivery was 4 days as promised. The mats were a correct fit but the wrong colour trim and no rubber heel pad for which I paid extra. You cannot contact by phone, the email reply took 24 hours and have been totally ignored since. I notice the company was dissolved in Dec 24. Advise to not use these suppliers!

I ordered the mats for my car they never arrived. I habe contacted them in numerous occasions they dont want to issue the refund .
They are really idiots

Ordered my VW Golf mats and had an initial problem with the mats not fitting and no communication. Then got a phone call from Alistair to say he’d just taken over the company and wanted to sort my issue out. True to his word he did just that!! The new car mats arrived and fitted perfect, excellent quality and great communication from Alistair from the first call to the mats being delivered. Would deffo buy them again!!
