room was very clean and nicely prepared for us. personal was very great and caring). only thing that caught us of guard was shared bathroom and toilet as well as the promised balcony. but other than that our stay was great!) also we caught a time where there were not some many people, so shared bathroom wasn't that big of a deal)

We had such an amazing week at Cherry Tree Cottage! The Cottage was amazing and very comfortable. We loved the location too. Thank you for the warm welcoming surprise. Cannot wait to come back and explore more. Highly recommend it! Also Emma was absolutely amazing, she was always there to help.

Greatest Retreats found a superb property for me that has helped build memories will last a life time, for an absurdly low fee. The customer service was nothing but top draw.

Telephone enquiry when we had an issue. Lindsay was very helpful and went out of her way to try to find a solution. Very much appreciated. Great to be speaking to a real person and not a machine. And she showed genuine concern. Her colleague was also helpful when we spoke to her.

Excellent - we booked a weekend away for a birthday and it's hard to think of anything that wasn't great. Booking was easy, comms were great, Suzanna - who met us on site - was super helpful, and the property itself was incredible and very clean. No complaints whatsoever!

The accommodation was exactly what we wanted and as described. It is situated right in the heart of Hawes, and in the middle of the Dales - ideal for long or short walks in the breathtaking scenery of Yorkshire where every walk ended at a pub.
The check in process was simple and hassle free, and the company was very easy to deal with, but also very informative of things to do and places to visit.
Would recommend them to anyone asking.

Arrived in Wales to 30° heatwave ... who could have planned that?! Accommodation was fantastic but all we needed was the wonderful pool area, which was well used over the week. Plenty of space for 14 of us to spread out and very comfy beds in spacious rooms. Great time and will very likely go again.

Belle House is our "Home from Home" it has everything we could want in a holiday apartment, & the perfect location for us. April, the site manageress has been a gem, she is so helpful whenever we have had a (small) problem i.e. no slip mat in the bath on arrival. Being a could of "A certain age" we rang April & within no time at all she was at the door with a slip mat!!! We have already booked for next year & hope to continue with bookings.

We stayed at the Demelza cottage in Cornwall. The cottage was an absolute gem. It offered the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. We loved coming back after days out to light the log burner and relax in such a warm, welcoming space. The prosecco waiting for us on arrival was a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for a special stay. Margaret was a wonderful host — friendly, welcoming, and clearly caring about her guests’ experience. It’s rare to find somewhere that feels this cosy and well cared for.

As a holiday let owner I have been very impressed by the service provided by Finest Retreats. It is always easy to speak to someone immediately on the phone, without having to go through digitalised call triage, everyone is always kind, helpful and compassionate and willing to do anything they can to help. I have a great relationship with my property manager, Becky, who is happy for me to message or call her anytime and always goes above and beyond to resolve any issues. Amy has also been incredible when I have needed someone at weekends. I would not hesitate to recommend Finest Retreats to any property owner looking for a safe and reliable company to manage their holiday let.

Stayed at Belle House in Filey on several occasions over the past few years. Very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen with every utensil you may need. The coffee machine is a nice touch with coffee pods included. The standard of cleanliness is always first class, the housekeeping team should be congratulated for keeping these high standards. Met the ladies a few times and they are always very cheerful and helpful. The location is very central for nice restaurants and bars. The on site parking is a bonus.

2nd Stay with a finest retreats managed property, faultless checking in / entry to property. Well equipped property, plenty of room and separate areas to lounge about. One thing id like to mention- nowhere to sit outside !! Such a remote secluded spot in a woods a few 100 m from the main rd.
The addition of some patio furniture or a few picnic style benches with table - would make a stay there far more pleasurable.

I cant praise this company enough.
I originally booked through a 3rd party and was experiencing financial difficulties. There was an additional charge for a pet last minute which I hadnt budgeted for. They rearranged the booking directly through them which saved me £100 even after the extra charge. Definitely recommend booking with them directly. Such great service and very professional. Emma went the extra mile and kept me informed every step of the way, even organised a slightly earlier check in which I struggled to get confirmed through the 3rd party.
All information needed for the stay including departure instructions where straight forward and not excessive like other rental agents.
Finest Retreats will be my preferred holiday search going forward rather than the bigger market leaders primarily used. Thank you Finest Retreats for exceeding my expectations

I lovely cottage Arc padstow Cornwall . Well equipped, clean and comfortable. We did have a bit of an issue with gaining entry but was sorted out very quickly. Phone connection was a bit poor . Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Cottage was spacious clean and very comfortable. Outdoor garden was amazing. I found Emma Welch very helpful and she replied back to any questions very quickly.

Easy to book. We stayed at dog friendly Acorn Cottage in Dorsington. The cottage was exactly as described, very quiet, dog secure garden and fully equipped throughout. Arrival process was easy and so was the departing process. Location was great for many tourist attractions especially with the National Trust.

Stayed at the most Amazing place , Cefn Castell in Criccieth. What a a beautiful accomodation, situated in an amazing location. The views were spectacular and i could go on and on!!!
We loved it.
