Placed an order on 25/09/23. Didn't receive any correspondence. Acknowledgement. No emails. Nothing. Checked on order on 29/09/23 on their website as still had received nothing. No emails, but more importantly. No order. Only to discover it could be at least another week or more. Over 2 weeks for something to be delivered? Where is it coming from... China???... Requested refund on 29/09/23. It is now 02/10/23 and still not one word. No communication. No correspondence. Nothing. I want my money back. One of the worst companies (If you can call it that) I've ever had to deal with. Avoid at all costs

I order a supplement for my mother, who has suffered from severe health problems. As the product cannot be bought in any pharmacies and is low in supply, I ordered it from the website. I ordered it on the 28th of March and today is the 14th of April. It was supposed to be delivered in 1-2 working days. I tried to contact them, but their email does not exist, and so is their phone number. The worst thing is not that they took away my money but that they scam people with health problems. What a world we live in...

Ordered product and got sent wrong flavour. Got offered 15% off but as soon as I asked for replacement they went silent. On further checks of Amino X product it was open and all powder had hardened and crystallised.

Had to get the bank to intervene and resolve for me.

Do not buy from these guys whatsoever. Rip off merchants.

One of the worst companies I have ever bought anything from online. I placed my order on 23rd January through Onbuy.com, got an acknowledgement and waited, and waited and waited. When I phoned them they said they had no ready access to online purchases. They never responded to correspondence from Onbuy who tried to find out what was happening. I ended up raising a claim through Paypal. Paypal were also unable to get a response so PP escalated it to a claim. Yesterday miraculously and out of the blue my order was delivered 12th March, and left in the rain on my doorstep. From start to finish Fine Supplements customer service has been totally unacceptable and I will never buy from them again.
