I only use the FineVPN to get around my ISP (StraightTalk Wireless Home Internet) throttling videos which is illegal where I live (California). It generally works other than some content providers (Hulu and Max for example) detect I'm using a VPN and give an error message.

NO COMMUNICATION_NO REFUNDS
To begin with it was very hard to find a place on the page to enter a password. Once i paid $25 I downloaded the app wiregard-installer.exe(1).exe which then asked me to import tunnels(s) from file. I'm not sure what I was suppose to do and frustrated asked for a refund. They emailed me back and said they could help me.I emailed back I did not understand what a tunnel was. Have not heard back now 20 hours later. If I do I will update this post.

IN OTHER WORDS FINEVPN is refusing to open or answer my request for a refund as their system is a failure. Really? For $25 they are destroying their image. Regarding FineVPN - Free VPN service and its tools. I was pleased with the concise and balanced set of tools for different devices, as well as the choice of VPN by geographical references. Everyone can find a region that suits their current needs. At the same time, what was especially pleased, I practically did not notice any speed reduction or any restrictions on my needs! Tests showed almost identical speed, speed fluctuations do not exceed the usual fluctuations of the speed provided by the provider. Even, surprisingly, the torrents worked smoothly and there were never any interruptions or limitations. I did not get wise, I installed WireGuard on my router and thus all devices in my home network have VPN! Just think about it, two clicks and all your appliances have a VPN! Of course, if you need to use a VPN on one device in isolation, you have that choice. As well as good help in the form of videos on how to set up your smartphone and computers.
I want to say about the features of FineVPN - Free VPN service, you need to confirm your e-mail once a month, go to your personal cabinet and confirm the relevance of those services, which you use for free! In this way FineVPN - Free VPN keeps its customer base up to date and it is automatically cleared of people who have left, which once again says that FineVPN - Free VPN servers do not store data of "dead souls" and the servers work optimally!

It is impossible to get in touch with anyone at this company. I have tried to cancel for months. I am unable to
Update my Phone or download any new apps because Free VPN had a pending charge on my account. Apple is being of no help and wants me to pay the charge which is unfair because they refuse to refund downloads.
