Terrible exchange. They do not allow exchange of any coins, and if you try to withdraw it is near impossible to remove your money. If you use this exchange you are guaranteed to loose money

Few weeks ago, I used Finexbox to exchange BTC and DogeCoin against EthereumX (ETX).
When I wanted to withdraw my ETX, I was requested to pay a 0,01 BTC as gas fees.
The value today of my ETX wallet value was 170$.
The gas fees, 0,01BTC, would be 635$.
Find out where is the mistake...

Biggest scam exchange out there. Don't touch with a barge pole! Says 1 projects had 1b traded in 24 hours when there is only 10 units for sale...

I am trying to just withdraw my usdt that I transferred in to purchase a crypto that I wanted. First I have no option to purchase the crypto (inet) and then when I withdraw it tells me I need to setup 2f auth. I have done this already and it keeps failing on the withdrawal.. HELP $2000usdt held hostage. You would think they would only list valid exchanges for the Crypto verified and proven with customer satisfaction... I am still waiting on my money or someone to contact me to clear up this ridiculous error that I had to login before with it. So why is it not working after I transferred my money in?

total scam..I lost 200 $ cause i deposited 100 nrg to test, and then suddenly i was not able to login, customer service will never reply... STAY AWAY from this exchange, i should have read review before create an account there so don't do the same mistake.

Bad customer support!!! I understand that I made a mistake when deposited but when I sent them an email with all the details the only thing they did was pasting from the rules without giving a solution. Guys this is not the way to make business

I should have listened to these reviews. This site is terrible. They charge 0.002 BTC ($84 USD at time of this review) to withdrawal funds from your account. The withdrawal also took 48 hours to process. What a complete joke.

Crap!/Scam?, registered, validation mail, tried to log in, incorrect passw error all the time, yeah right. That says enough.. STAY AWAY!
How come coinmarketcap and other sites rated such sites as HIGH trustfull, amazing.

Oh and be smart peeps, DONT reply, visit or contact any other scammers who comment here with websites and persons who can get your money back. They are ALL FAKE SCAMMERS!

Stay away from this exchange. Dont take the risk. Worst experience ive ever had with any exchange apart from CoinsMarkets. Scum of the earth like this need to be shut down and thrown into prison to rot for good. Total Scam

I've deposited ten times, withdrawn 20 times, and made hundreds of trades on Finexbox.

It can be buggy, and I've had three support issues, all three resolved within 36 hours.

It is fast, cheap to trade, cheap to withdraw (depending on the crypto), and generally works well. Deposits can take some time, a few hours, sometimes two days. My withdrawals were processed in under a minute, except for one time, which support resolved for me in a day.

I've tried many other exchanges, but they are generally slow to trade, deposit, and withdraw, with much higher fees to boot.

I recommend it, unless you need more charting than bare-bones candlesticks. It is a super simple, bare-bones exchange, but has all the tools I need for arbitrage.
Don't expect the tools you see on Binance, but then, Binance doesn't offer the altcoins I want to trade.

I tried trading on the site. I sent $20 in coins. I triple check the addresses I used for withdrawal. I never received anything from them and my account is empty.

They have no history of trade and no support for help. It's a bad exchange don't use it.

Scam exchange! There is only deposits! Unever get any coins back! There is no withdraw at all :)

Avoid

As DeroGold core team member, I struggled with Finexbox both on the technical competence and responsiveness side. Our users complained all the time about withdrawals and deposits.

If you are a mature project with a large chain and some degree of technical complexity, avoid Finexbox, they will not able to handle your project well. This will have indireclty negative impact on your project’s reputation as well.
