Highly recommended. Cleaned a long puffa coat and did it beautifully. They even managed to remove a lipstick mark that I had tried to remove without success before. The coat even smelled nice when I collected it. I’ll definitely use again.

Took my son's designer siik tie which had water damage which we needed for a wedding. It was in a really bad state and we thought it was beyond recovery but David asked us to leave it with him and called a few days later to say it was ready. It had to go through several cleaning cycles but they did a fantastic job and it looks brand new, thanks for saving the day 👏🙏

I asked them to sort out by taking up hems on 4 bridesmaids dress and to take in 2 of the bridesmaids dresses which there done for me I can recommend them to anybody as nothing to to small a job for them to do I thank them so much and there did such a brilliant job on them to

David is a magician, really passionate about his work. He’s saved a very precious jacket of mine which I thought was ruined. I’ve been visiting finishing touch for years and they’ve never let me down, would highly recommend.

Had a last minute urgent need to get my wedding veil steamed. I reached out to Finishing Touch Dry Cleaners rather late at night, and while they didn't have capacity themselves to accommodate it, they reached out to another dry cleaners on my behalf who responded the same evening and agreed to do it first thing for me the next morning. I cannot express how grateful I am - such an incredibly accommodating and helpful service - thank you!

I've been going to the Finishing Touch for several years and always receive top service there, no matter what is needed.

Sent my skiing jacket to repair a rip, it looks like a child has tried to superglue it. Charged me £15. Whe I complained was very rude and told me to bring it back in and he would remove the supposed repair and then give me my money back. I wouldn't let this shop anywhere near any of my clothing, I will just have to write off the money. Terrible experience avoid at all cost!

I’ve used this cleaning services for clothes on a number of occasions. I’ve always been happy with the result.
On this occasion we had two sets of light coloured curtains , one set from ceiling to floor and the other from ceiling to window sill.
After a few days the owner delivered these to our home and in addition David rehung them for us , which was greatly appreciated. We are delighted with them , they are like new curtains.
We have found their service, price and professionalism first class and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

When I was looking for a new dry cleaner for my PU jacket, I looked up on their website and called up the place first to ask about their opening times. A lovely friendly voice lady called Sue. She is very reassuring and absolutely lovely.

I came in the next day after I called up, and introduced myself to Sue. She checked on my jacket and called up the owner who does the dry cleaning, David. Absolutely greeted with a lovely smile as well as great customer service.

It was in the pandemic time that next week after David done my jacket will be closing. The timescale of my jacket was a day turnaround.

I got a text message after the day I came in to let me know when I can collect my jacket.

I will always recommended the dry cleaning place for any garments, as well as curtains and anything you can ask for.

Finishing Touch beautifully dry cleaned and repaired our very tall 3.64m curtains, expertly removing them and refitting them in 2018. When the curtain rail came away recently I contacted David to see if he could help. He could - replacing damaged fixings and re-attaching the curtain rail. Always a pleasure to deal with Finishing Touch.
