I got the jackets and they’re amazing

I got the jackets and they’re amazing! The only thing I didn’t like was that there was a delay and my package didn’t come to 8-12 business days but it took a little more. The site didn’t really help me to understand where my package is and when to expect it. But other than that I’m very happy with my order , keep doing an amazing job 🫶🏻

Your package was marked as undeliverable by your local post office, and we provided you with their contact details promptly. Unfortunately, it took several weeks before you reached out to them, and by that time the parcel had already been returned and destroyed by the carrier for not being collected.

Despite this, we have gone ahead and offered you a FREE replacement as a goodwill gesture.

I’m pleased with this product!

I really love the jacket, it’s a good quality. Even though I should’ve taken a bigger size, it’s literally on me, but now I’m gonna know how to choose the sizes. It took some time until I got the package , but it’s worth the wait. I recommend every car fan to get one product from FinishLineFever!

Could have been 4 stars but I got bamboozled

Hello, I ordered a Mercedes jacket and Mercedes hat, the order took a little longer than expected (extra 2 weeks) but the package did arrive. when it arrived the jacket was as described but they sent me the wrong hat. I emailed the customer service email. They did reply and acknowledge the mistake in the hat, they asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. Due to me travelling extensively for the next couple months I said the refund as I would not be home to get the package. After I replied saying I would like the refund I have heard no response back from anyone in the company. Ive even sent follow up emails and have not heard back to this day. Overall the experience hasn’t been the best as now I’ve paid for a product I don’t wear and can’t do anything about it. The experience would have been a lot better if I didn’t have to deal with this. Also at first the customer service email was responding within the week after I messaged saying I would like the refund I got ghosted.

Finishlinefever is the real deal

I was first hesitant/ sceptical about ordering a jacket from this site. I did my research on several other sites like this selling these racing jackets, but after watching servers review videos, reading other reviews on trust pilot and asking around I decided to go through with my purchase on Finishlinefever. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. I ordered a Blacl Ferrari and Porsche jacket for my boyfriend for his birthday, and I’m excited to give it to him as he’s been wanting these jackets for a long time. The jackets themselves are of a nice quality. They are padded inside, so they should be well insulated and keep him warm this fall. The designs are as shown on the website, and the products shipped to Canada relatively quickly. I ordered on the 18th of August and the package was delivered the 28th (8 business days as the site said). I initially got hesitant about receiving my product as I received no track number or confirmation email until I emailed customer support, but Carlos from the customer support team was super helpful and got me all the information I needed. I would recommend purchasing from Finishlinefever if you’ve been thinking about it.

Lies

Bought a couple of F1 shirts from this site. I did receive my items however they were not as advertised. Advertised as genuine but definetly fakes and different material aswel. Tried emailing them but got nothing. Tried leaving reviews on their site but they never appeared.

Purchased a BMW JACKET from "Finish Line Fever"…

Horrible Drop-shipping Model Scamming People.
Purchased a BMW "Finish Line Fever" jacket from this seller after seeing multiple promotional videos on their social media, which clearly showed the jacket being delivered with official BMW branding, accessories like keychains, stickers, tags, and premium packaging. What I received was a completely different story — no extras, generic packaging, and a product that feels nothing like what was advertised. Product was shipped in worst packaging than SHIEN.

When I reached out to their support team, I was met with canned responses and a complete refusal to take accountability. Despite providing photo evidence and referencing their own ads, they denied my request for a refund, hiding behind a vague and selective “refund policy.”

This is false advertising, plain and simple. As a consumer, I feel deceived and disappointed. The customer experience was just as poor as the misleading product.

I’m reporting this case to ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission) and other consumer protection authorities for misrepresentation and breach of consumer rights.

If you value transparency, product integrity, and real customer service — look elsewhere.

DO NOT PLACE ORDER WITH THEM THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF YOUR MONEY.

I ordered a jacket from this store…

I ordered a jacket from this store after almost being scammed by another online store selling the same jackets for half the price. I am so happy with the jacket and the quality is amazing and even looks premium, with the padding on the inner side. I love the pockets and also the pocket on the inside of the jacket. I think ordered one size too big but i can still wear it for the oversized look. At first i was concerned because the local delivery showed undelivered and i had to reach out to the store customer support, but just hours later i saw that they were trying to redeliver it so i didnt really have to send the mail but they still replied promptly. Therefore i can confirm that this store is legit. I kinda expected the box to come with it😭 it looked so nice on the videos but im guessing it would have been damaged with the overseas shipping handling. Overall im very satisfied! I recommend this store for racing jackets🤍

Scam, Illegal, Stay away

My order arrived a bit later than usual but thats fine. Once it arrived it did not come in those nice and premium looking boxes which they advertise on their website and instagram. It came in a cheap plastic bag. Obviously drop shipping because it comes straight from a company in china. When i tried on the jacket i noticed the cut was unusual with the body being fine (ordered a large which always fits me) but the sleeves being too short. The colors were extremely off, the jacket was cheaply made and just felt like plastic. I looked on alibaba and saw those exact jackets finishlinefever sells. 100% the same, in many different car company logos. Again, dropshipping. When I wanted to return the order they stated that I am not eligible for a return because they dont accept returns because of "change of mind" or "ordering the wrong size". Well they sell these in the EU, where I live, so they do not comply with EU laws! Tried to reclaim my lost money through my bank but finishlinefever went cold on contact with me and my bank. Pretty sure not complying with EU law and selling in the EU is illegal. Please dont buy from here, absolute horrendous quality, probably illegal practices with these jackets showing big companies which most likely dont approves of this. Moraly unright. Stay away. Also they mention in all of their customer support mails and also on the website that they have a 5 star rating on trust pilot, also a lie.

They answered me saying that they do comply with EU laws, and that I should have contacted them within 14 days of receiving my package, which I did but was told that they would not accept it. Dont know how that complies with EU laws.

Ordered on April 18th, received it May 7th wich is way longer than what their website claims. On May 7th I contacted customer support stating I want a full refund. I was abruptly told that "Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges due to ordering the wrong size. We do understand that this can be an inconvenience but we must follow our strict refund policy.". I wrote them again stating that EU states customers dont need to have a reason for return and that the return must be accepted as long as it is in the state in which the customer received it, which it was and still is. Never heard from then again, even after writing them once again. Very shady

But if your jacket was found to be defective we will be happy to refund you. Please also not that if you live in the EU we do comply with their laws, if you wish to return or have your order refunded you have only 14 days from when the order has been delivered. Failure to contact us within the 14 days will result in you no longer being eligible to the refund under EU laws. You also stated "the jacket was cheaply made and just felt like plastic" can you please contact our support about this issue.
