Finn is awesome! I ordered my car yesterday. I kept getting an error message on the website, so I called them as I was instructed. It took a while to get someone on the phone, but it was worth the wait. Their customer service is top notch. Conor got on the phone and figured out the issue so I was able to successfully buy my car subscription. I love that the car subscription includes insurance. I was eligible for the $300 and because the error wasn't my fault Conor worked a miracle for me to get an additional $100 added to my discount. Thank you Conor for a job well done.

Prices are changing and being lowered, economy is getting worse and no one would get back to me about this. Why am I stuck in a 12 month contract with a higher price when they’re now offering a 6 month contract which was advertised as over $950 a month when I wanted the 6 month? Now a 6 month is $689 and I’m paying over $860 for 12 months. Delivery was awful, car did not arrive with gas, car was dirty and had been driven many miles before I received it. Car did not come inspected by the state and the 10 day inspection sticker was expired a month prior to delivery, had to practically beg for them to compensate me for completing the inspection. No one replies!

Contemplated on using this service for a full year before actually doing it. I was mainly interested in their model 3 long ranges and when i finally decided to do it, they ran out of stock and i had to wait. When i saw that they finally got some in (previous subscription returns), i immediately applied. Verification was FAST and smooth. Took minutes. The approval took no more than a day. I was happy. Got a delivery date of my model 3 and i was happy.
Only thing i wish was a bit better but not an entirely big deal was the delivery time frame. They gave me a time frame, only to be pushed a few hours later, then again a few hours later. The delivery guy came at midnight. Not a big deal if they drove the car to my driveway, i sign, and off they go. But they had to bring a trailer and unloading a car at midnight draws a lot of attention. And to my surprise, the town PD arrived. But they were nice about it, the delivery guy and his dispatcher were nice and kind about it and all was well. I had no issues whatsoever about the entire process.
I only have 6 months with this model 3 and i hope they bring more in or even bring back the model Y because i would like to get that next.
I will definitely keep using this company as long as they keep bringing in those teslas! Or maybe expand their inventory and carry other brands like BMW or even audi?
I'm happy overall. 2 thumbs up!

I was highly upset with their inability to verify my identity. This, in turn canceled my subscription and cancelled my order which would have been arriving today. Also, they had vehicles available down the street from me but would not deliver that same vehicle to me. The customer service was very unprofessional. Claiming that I was not me, because they saw a video of the verification and it is not the person whose ID I had sent in to them. They also claimed that voice recognition alerted them that I am someone else. The last straw, was them claiming my credit was not up to their standards. That was the reason they gave me for not allowing me to subscribe to them. I am an appointed official. I have to carry myself to a certain standard and I assure you, it is much higher than FINN requires. This experience was horrible.
Update: 4/3/2023. I was given a promo code to send out to my associates and I was thanked for my purchase. But I have not purchased anything. I’m going to check my credit card. If it was charged. We will have an even bigger problem. Also I just read the response from FINN to this review and they are sticking to it. They said I am not who I am. This needs to stop.

The entire process was easy. The online application was quick, licensing verification software worked nicely. Emails confirmed everything. There was a very pleasant and knowledgeable agent follow up call.
I received a text at 11am telling me the transporter finished loading the vehicle and just left.
He would arrive between 3 & 4 pm depending on traffic. He got to me at 3:45 pm. Unloaded, took pictures and I signed electronically. All of the paperwork was in the car.
Everything was perfect along with a full tank of fuel.
I will absolutely renew the subscription when this one expires. I want to thank everyone involved.
Anyone considering this type of leasing should definitely use FINN. There has been NO disappointments.
