Money charged a month ago, nothing delivered. Company sent an email that they have issues with logistics and no news since then. On request to return money it was completely ingored
SCAMMED
I made an order a month ago, expected delivery date was 26/7. I received an email saying its delayed without any expected shipping date. Emailed 3 times and no reply. The purchase is over £200 and i think i am being scammed.
BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY.
Poor/Non-existent Service! Still waiting for any customer support...
I'm a repeat customer and was happy with previous service. I ordered for the 3rd time on 6 July. The delivery date on the product page noted 'by 7 August' and I ordered on that basis, however the delivery date on the order confirmation email was changed by 2 further weeks and noted '20 August'. I emailed their support within minutes of my order to query this - no reply to date. I sent a follow-up email 2 weeks later - still no reply. And I've sent a 3rd follow-up email today. Hoping for some form of professionalism to return ASAP... this is NOT how you keep loyal customers.

Bought a lantern shade from them and it arrived with a bunch of holes in it. I submitted a claim on their website but they won’t reply. Very very disappointing

Only interested in taking your money
Ordered an item which arrived defective & have tried to contact customer service but there is no response at all for the past 14 days.
Once they have taken your money, they are simply not interested in providing any kind of customer service.

I placed an order on the afternoon of June 29, 2024, ,Due to an error in the address and postal item, I immediately emailed the website for a refund, The website’s 24/7 customer service is just a chatbot, and no real person replied to me, There is no cancel order button on the order page.
No one responded to my emails, and I sent emails every day until July 1, when someone finally replied, saying that the order could not be canceled?
They told me to contact DHL. I contacted DHL customer service, and they informed me that the package has not been received or shipped yet; it only has a printed tracking number. The seller can completely cancel the order.
I dont understand this situation ,its completely a fraudulent behavior. If you value your time and money, be careful dealing with them

Don’t order from them unless you like waiting around for a delivery that never happens and wasting all your time trying to contact customer service and the delivery firm trying to see where your parcel is.

Shocking service. Furniture arrives broken, FD will not arrange return and refund despite their choice of courier, UPS, failing to complete the return. Out of pocket and now have to dispose of damaged goods. Legal recourse will follow. DON'T buy fom this company

Great experience
Great experience, great customer service, fast delivery. They have a whole lot of designer brands. Plus point also for their website with a great UX.
I ordered a lamp from them. The order came separately and one of the package got stuck in the warehouse (courier's fault). I contacted their customer service, got a respond within 24h and they solved it immediately.
Would order from them again
Overall very good experience
Excellent product selection and value for the money. Only thing is that I have to use a translator to be able to make purchases, as this site is only in Finnish Language
Disappointed with Delayed Delivery and Lack of Transparency
I made a substantial purchase of two speakers totaling 1.5K from Finnish design shop with the expectation of receiving them within a week. However, despite being provided with a tracking number, the shipment's status has remained stagnant since. Despite reaching out to customer support twice, I've received vague responses indicating that the parcel is somewhere between Finland and Germany and it can take another 3 weeks to arrive, any further specifics on its whereabouts. This lack of transparency and ongoing delay has left me thoroughly dissatisfied with the service. Had I been aware of these issues beforehand, I would have reconsidered my purchase decision.

Extremely deceiving
Extremely deceiving. First they didn't meet the deadlines (it was supposed to arrive at the beginning of December and it arrived one month later), then one piece was missing in the pack. It took one month again. to get the piece. But the worst I think is not the disastrous management of my order, the worst is the way the customer service replied to my e-mail doing as if everything was cool and okay with plenty of fake kindness and ignoring what I was asking for. I wanted to cancel my order and nobody replied to this and just ignored the problem. I finally got the piece without any excuse or compensation. Unprofessional. Horrible customer experience not to mention the prices. Don't even try to reply, I'm done with you. There are plenty of other design shops online...

Horrible experience. The light pendant they sold me was completely unable to set up because the wood was too dry and it kept falling apart.
It is simply improper manufacture of the pendant. And it was expensive.
I told them this and they tried to blame me like I am too dumb to follow the instructions in videos and manual that sre understandable even for a 8 year old. Just the chanderlier has manufacturing error and ppor quality!!!
Then they told me to buy glue on my own and try to fix it! Took me few hours to trying to glue 50+ piece chanderlier. And it didnt work. Its not meant to be glued by me, the design was meant to work without glueing it. It just doesnt!
They didnt rven apologize, they didnt agree to refund or offer a coupon or anything to admit they are selling a bad product that cant be used
The chanderlier/pendant is sitting on my floor instead of hanging on my ceiling!

Excellent Customer Service
This is the first time that I bought from Finnish Design Shop. I had a problem my order the bath robe that I was buying stopped being made. I am very grateful that Emmi sorted it out immediately for me what I can only describe as excellent customer service. I would use again and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Ordered two chairs from them - the first one arrived in the right time the second one arrived 4 months later because it was not actually in stock and arrived BROKEN! I have never been so annoyed with a delivery. Waiting to see how they will address this situation...
