Refusal to pay the funds

So the company regularly paid me payments when they were small. When I made a withdrawal of 3700 dollars, we started to get into trouble.
Suddenly they don't want to pay me, they want a kyc. They ask for a conference call to explain the strategy, and welcoming the comments of others today, it seems to me that I will never get my funds
So I hereby appeal to everyone who thinks they are serious about trading to avoid this site
Of course, there is still a chance that they will deny me because we have a conference call on Tuesday.
I just let you know that we made a video call and now I'm waiting for information from the company about my account and payment.
I ended the saga with them. They refused to pay me my $3,700 because they found irregularities in the opening of positions.
But watch this now, they accepted to pay me one part and paid me about 400 dollars, ie they haven't yet, do I need to sit on my account today.
In short, I am very disappointed and this is where my story with this very frivolous company ended

Unfair Compliance Call & Withheld Payout

I am writing this review to share my disappointing and unfair experience with Finotive.
I was invited to a so-called compliance call, after trading and generating profits normally. After the call, Finotive decided to close all my accounts and reject all payouts, including my last pending payout of $1,600, which I had already earned.
Here are the key issues:
The call was failed solely because of screen sharing, despite technical limitations on my side. There was no flexibility or alternative solution offered.
The decision felt pre-determined, not an objective compliance review.
My trading results and history were completely ignored.
Risk management was judged subjectively during a short call, instead of being evaluated based on actual trading data.
Blocking all future services and rejecting payouts after profits were made raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.
Even if Finotive claims internal compliance issues, withholding an already earned payout of $1,600 is unacceptable and unprofessional.
I am not asking for special treatment —
👉 I am only requesting the payment of my last legitimate payout ($1,600) which was generated through real trading activity.
I hope Finotive reconsiders this decision and resolves this matter professionally, as situations like this severely damage trust in prop firms.

Scammers

Scammers
Scam scam scam
Closed my account after compliance call because they don't like my strategy
Supply and demand 🤦‍♂️
Edit :
Does using a risk calculator imply an inability to calculate position size? I believe you are the ones who understand nothing about trading. You want me to use a fixed lot size for every trade, and my answer is no. I will not do that for you, nor to keep an account with a scam startup. Go ahead, take the account and ban it; I will not trade incorrectly just to satisfy you.
Regarding the question about volatility: I told you I didn't understand the question, not that I didn't know the answer. I still firmly believe that the question reflects your own lack of understanding of trading.
As for asking me about the company rules: Do you not remember telling me previously that the interview would be strictly about strategy when I requested an interpreter? I clearly asked for an interpreter to be present specifically for these types of questions, but you insisted the questions would only be about strategy. That is why the question caught me off guard, and I was unable to express my understanding of the rules in English.
I still consider it a trivial question. Since I haven't broken any rules, you have no right to subject me to an oral exam. We are not in high school.
In the end, it is crystal clear that you are lying scammers with absolutely no credibility

Dear Haneen Hassan,

We have reviewed your comment and would like to clarify the reason for the account closure, as the statement that your account was closed due to your trading strategy is incorrect.

Your account was closed following an unsuccessful compliance call conducted in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. The decision was based solely on compliance and risk management considerations, not on the use of any specific trading strategy, including supply and demand.

During the compliance call, multiple material issues were identified, including but not limited to:

1. An inability to explain a trading plan, risk management approach, or money management methodology, despite stating that you trade full-time.

2. A lack of understanding of fundamental trading concepts, including volatility.

3. An inability to explain how position sizing and lot calculations were determined.

4. When asked to demonstrate your understanding of our rules and requirements, your response was limited to the word “beautiful,” which did not demonstrate familiarity with the rules that all traders are required to understand and adhere to.

5. The presence of a third party in the room during the compliance call, which constitutes an automatic failure under Clause 4.12.4 of our Terms and Conditions.

These requirements are standard compliance measures and are applied consistently to all traders to ensure responsible trading practices.

We categorically reject the claim that this action was taken arbitrarily or due to disapproval of your trading strategy.

We remain committed to transparency and encourage readers to consider this clarification when reviewing your comment.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with Finotive Funding, and I would not recommend this prop firm to serious traders.

The rules are unclear and feel designed to trap traders rather than support them. Drawdown calculations and trading conditions are not explained transparently, and it’s easy to violate a rule without realizing it. When issues come up, the firm is quick to deny accounts but slow to provide clear explanations.

Customer support was another major letdown. Responses were slow, generic, and unhelpful, and it felt like concerns were brushed off instead of addressed. For a company that charges traders significant fees, the level of professionalism and communication is not acceptable.

What’s most frustrating is that the firm heavily markets trader success and payouts, but in practice it feels like passing and keeping an account is far harder than advertised. The overall experience gives the impression that the business model benefits more from failed challenges than from funded traders.

There are far more transparent and trader-friendly prop firms available. Finotive Funding did not meet expectations and felt like a waste of time and money.

Customer Service

I had an issue with my account due to a payment and after speaking with Oli from customer service he explained to me how it works on their side and got me one step closer to fixing this problem on my end and get my account back up and running. I appreciate Finotive for taking all the communication into consideration to see how this mishap and misunderstanding happened. This experience has given me confidence in the loyalty of this prop firm.

This company is unreliable

This company is unreliable. Payment requests from several colleagues were rejected, sometimes due to address issues and other times due to IP address discrepancies. If the person traded consistently and didn't violate the terms, why was the payment rejected? I strongly advise against buying an account from unprofessional companies.

Well they obviously set you up to fail…

Well they obviously set you up to fail in many ways for instance when you go to stop a trade as your on the way up it doesn't close and when it does the trade has lost money or you end up with peanuts that do noy cover the exorbitant fees they charge, also when the stop loss we try to adjust it up close to entry point its conveniently delayed so you lose ground and again by the time you get the exorbitant fees again win or lose its almost impossible to get past go.
at one point we were almost back over level and the fees were the difference to being in front or losing. They thought they were being magnanimous in offering a hefty discount but we deliberately blew the account by taking massive risks just to play and have fun as I would never buy from the shower again. I have six other accounts spread over 3 different platforms and have no issues with any of them

The experience with Finotive Funding is…

The experience with Finotive Funding is excellent for that & I also thank her & KONSTANTINOS for introducing her to me.With one glance at the dashboard you have a complete overview of the account. The platform is very easy to use & professional.
I don't know the payment process because I'm a relatively new user. What I've experienced are the strict rules of use, which I easily assimilated & continue to follow with discipline.
I have tried several prop companies, I can confidently say that Finotive is the most reliable. If you want a legitimate & reliable company to work with, I highly recommend it.
Something very important, whenever I needed help from support, it was immediate & effective.

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT,

I’m sharing this to warn other traders. I requested a $2,500 payout on my $100K funded account, completed all KYC steps within hours, and uploaded an official proof-of-address letter from my bank. They said my documents are successfully submitted and under review.

After days of silence from Finotive, I asked support for help. Shortly after that, my payout was denied and all my accounts were closed, even though Compliance confirmed I had no issues (including no IP mismatch). My payout was never sent, and I was even removed from their Discord after asking for assistance.

Based on my experience, proof of address was used as the reason to deny a legitimate payout, and communication was extremely poor.

This is my honest experience — traders should be very cautious.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SCAM.

We strongly disagree with this characterization.
Your payout was not denied arbitrarily. It was blocked because your Elevated KYC / EDD verification failed after the required timeframe expired. While some documents were submitted, your Proof of Address was rejected by our independent verification provider (SumSub) because it did not display a full address and was not an accepted POA document. You were requested to resubmit a valid POA but did not do so before the deadline.
In line with our Terms and Conditions, the failed verification resulted in account closure and payout suspension.
We process payouts weekly for verified traders and does not deny payouts for illegitimate reasons.
