Unclear communication regarding promotion eligibility

I want to share my experience with Finotive Markets regarding their $50 no-deposit bonus promotion.
1. Before I started I received the $50 bonus and wanted to make sure I was eligible. Before I invested my time, I contacted Finotive's official Discord and explained that my Finotive Funding account had been obtained through a survey/giveaway campaign. I asked whether I met the eligibility requirements. Based on the response I received, I believed I could participate.
2. During the challenge I traded for several days, carefully following the published rules. I invested many hours completing the challenge because I believed I was eligible.
3. I asked again After several days of trading, but before requesting my payout, I contacted Discord again to confirm my eligibility. This time I was told that free and giveaway accounts were not eligible.
At that point I was already close to completing the challenge. Since I had relied on the earlier information and had already invested several days, I decided to finish it.
4. Challenge completed I successfully completed the challenge and submitted my payout request.
5. Payout rejected My payout was rejected because my account came from a survey/giveaway and had never been purchased.
My disappointment is not simply about the rejected payout. It is that I tried to verify my eligibility before investing my time, then received a different clarification later, after I had already spent several days completing the challenge.
I have screenshots of my conversations with Discord support and my support ticket documenting the timeline.
I hope Finotive improves the clarity and consistency of its communication so that future participants do not experience the same situation.
