I’m not good with this service, very shady and unprofessional, terrible platform. My experience with this company aside “ Ęåsybęė” still remain the best broker and no other comes close.

Don't put money in Finq.com

They just want you to put money in. Someone will call you and say to invest in this and that. You can't question what they ask you to do. They will say that they have that much of an experience. You won't hear from them afterwards. Their customer service will call you and say that the Account manager is busy. When you write a mail, their customer service will call you. That's it. And afterwards, nothing happens. You will get a bonus and you will get a mail saying your bonus will expire on this date. When you log in, you will see that your account balance is zero. You can do nothing about it. They are fraudsters. Don't invest in Finq.com

Be cautious of the financial advisor, understand various fees and charges

They have an financial advisor who calls you to put more funds, they have hidden fees which is not mentioned upfront by advisor (eg. 10$ commission for each US stock trade) and there is inactivity fees of 25$ they deduct every month. Received so many mails regarding so many market update, news etc. but not a single mail mentioning deduction of funds. Had to look at the account statement to realize that I was misled and never informed of the commission rate and inactivity fee.

A company based on complete fraud

A company based on complete fraud. They will one day contact you out of the blue and say we are a trusted partner and you can start your journey with us. Once you invest some small amount they will start showing you that you have been making huge profits and the market is very good right now if you invest a huge sum. Once you invest your savings, they will start investing in all the wrong positions and then will ask you to add more to ensure the margin levels remain 100%. In all this timeline you will not be able to withdraw anything. Please do not invest at all. No matter what happens. I lost 60K USD in a span of 2 months. This can clearly show how untrust worthy this platform is. I have contacted my bank and have filed an official complaint to blacklist the company for any transactions so that no other person suffers the same fate as i did.

You should invest in this fraudulent company if you want to lose your money. I've tried calling them, but they won't allow you withdraw your money. My phone number was blacklisted, and they stopped responding to emails. I put my case to P.R.0.U.PS.H.0.T and they got my funds back.

Finq.com is just a scam

Finq.com is just a scam. they keep saying that they have team of experts, but in real they are expert in making money illegally. They gave me direction for 2 different deals (one in natural gas $ EUR/JYP) since last 3 weeks I am losing 1300$. I am in doubt that they have strong hold on broker website and control it by themself.

SUPERB Finq and its services.

I traded with FINQ long back say in 2020. Nothing bad with them. Though I lost. We have to ownup for our decisions. If not we will not improve. Never pass the buck. Their crediting the bonus and effecting withdrawals are all very superb. I am very disturbed with many comments. Thats why I posted my comments. I am not in trade or in touch with them since 2021 though. Be realistic. In an industry where prices fluctuates so widely booking the loss on our own very important. We have to improve by finding mistakes on our own decisions. Blaming the company happens bcuz we are humans. Good luck guys.
