Outstanding customer service
Signed up 2 months before a work promotion exam. Great help in preparing for the exam and results showed this. Plenty of different exams to help you practice. Forgot to cancel subscription and was charged the following year. Contacted them and within an hour I had an email stating I would get a full refund. Outstanding customer service and I’d highly recommend using this site.

Solutions are poorly explained
The solutions are poorly explained, I had to search online for proper explanations rather than using the platform.
Some of the abstract reasoning images are incorrect. There is no method to report this easily on the Fintest website.

The test here is of low quality
The test here is of low quality; the abstract test questions are unclear, the numerical test has many mistakes, and the verbal reasoning often doesn't make sense. I don't think practising these tests on this website will help you much.

I bought it for preparation for Saville…
I bought it for preparation for Saville abstract reasoning test.
This was a complete waste of money and time, since the test didn’t look at all as the real test, the real test was much more difficult than the ones in fintest.io. Further in the fintest.io you were given much more time for each question compared to the actual test.
