Finverity is a blockchain-based cross-border invoice trading platform. We connect investors from developed markets with the high yielding opportunities in developing markets. We offer liquidity to SMEs against the invoices they issue to large domestic and international companies (Invoice Payers) that buy their goods/ services. When an SME requires working capital, they sell an Invoice to our Investors through the platform. It takes just a few clicks. Our systems, integrated with the Invoice Payer, will validate the Invoice, convert the currency as required, roll a hedge and send the payment. When the Invoice payment is due, the Invoice Payer will repay Finverity directly, based on a digital contract that has re-assigned the receivable claim to us.
