Apologies that the item received was not an exact representation of the product ordered on our website, and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It appears the image on our website was of an older model and this has now been superseded by a newer version by our manufacturer. The actual product itself is still a 9V Smoke alarm with all the same features and tested to the same British standards, but the design of the unit has changed slightly. We have now updated our website to reflect this for any future orders placed.
