Disgusting customer service and even worse food!!
We ordered our meal via the website, when arriving at the store to pick the food up, the 2 ladies face dropped when we said we were there to collect. They hadn’t even started our food, this was then rushed and when bringing the food home, one pizza was made incorrectly, the second pizza which was £17 alone was undercooked and soggy- that bad it fell apart when you tried to pick it up. Drinks were missing and the chicken and rice box tasted of pure vinegar. We had been on the phone at least 5 times and each time the phone had been put down on us. The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We were told to visit the website for a refund, however the website tells you to phone the store: when asking for a manager we were told he’s in Pakistan but watches the camera 24/7 which made no sense to our request. We were then advised if you ordered in store we could refund you, and 2 mins later told no one can authorise refund! So many lies, going round in circles and we have spent £50 on food which went in the bin. Was absolutely shocking!!!!
