Terrible communication and item doesn't work as described

Got the wand last month. First try didn’t go exactly how I expected, had to figure out the paper and get the motion right. After that it worked fine. The wand itself is great. Feels solid, works fine, no complaints about the quality. But shipping definitely took longer than I thought it would.

These wands are seriously fun. The fire feature makes it feel way more real, not just some random stick. The wand works exactly how it should. No issues at all, just smooth and easy to use. Customer service was helpful and quick to respond. It also came nicely packaged and felt well taken care of. Overall, really happy with everything.

Honestly, the craftsmanship surprised me. The wand feels solid and well made, not cheap at all. If you’re using paper for it, I’d suggest perforating it first so you can get the right size every time. Makes it work way better.

Got the Harri wand and it instantly felt right in my hand. The details look clean and well done. My kid already had a few intense “spell battles” with it. No scratches, no damage. Really happy with it.
