Excellent product and excellent communication on the sale and after.

Purchased and have used the polaris cooking system on several overlanding trips. Recently had an issue with the base. Reached out to customer service and it was immediately taken care of. I am pleased with the equipment and their customer service is top notch! Wouldn't hesitate to do more business.

I just got back from an elk hunt above 10k. Fire Maple worked perfectly everyday! Stows really well with all components and gas bottlr all snuggly packed inside for easy packing in. Would highly recommend for any backcountry hunt especially for the price point compared to competitors

I would like to say that I really enjoy all the products that I have purchased from Fire MAPLE, I had a malfunction with one of the tops to one of the cook pots that I had purchased the Billy pot and I contacted the company and explained to them what happened and sent a picture and without any incident all I had an immediate reply stating that they would ship me a new lid I offered to pay for it but they declined that
I love their innovation and the craftsmanship on all their products. I will continue to purchase in the future thank you very much for MAPLE, for such wonderful products and the great customer service.

Incredible kit, stove and pot is super light and works perfectly the materials are very good quality will be using this for the foreseeable for my meals when out camping and coffee! 10/10

Petrel pot and stove is an excellent combination. The items are great quality, super light, and boils water very fast. Customer service was very professional and helpful. Fire Maple is a great company and I would definitely recommend checking them out !!

Fire Maple probably has the best customer service I’ve experienced shopping online. I bought a pot and stove from them and realized that the pot didn’t quite fit with the stove I bought, so I reached out and they sent me a different compatible stove free of charge. I really appreciate the effort they took to make sure I had compatible gear. I will be shopping with them again whenever I need new camp cookware.

Well what can I say. I bought a Polaris stove from these guys in March 2023. Great stone and never let me down in the past. Went to use it a few weeks ago and my igniter had stopped working and the gas wasn’t flowing properly. Contacted customer service who were straight on the case, told me my warranty was valid for another two years and sent me a complete replacement stove! Well done Fire Maple. Great product, great aftercare and will definitely be shopping with you again 👍

Traveling every week to new places, the fire maple is my go-to! I cook my meals and heat up my water instantly for my coffee ☕! By far it is my most needed camping gear! Highly recommend the fire maple stove to any person who wants an easy and efficient way of cooking outdoors!

For our most recent trip away we decided it was time to up our game when it came to outdoor lunches. We immediately gravitated towards Fire Maples frying pan. Just the very fact that it fits into a day pack is amazing in itself. Being non-stick makes it even better. We couldn’t be happier with it and hope to be using them to kit us out for our future wild camping adventures and our day hikes.

Horrible customer service. The shipping was a nightmare very confusing and my items are missing. And customer service just repeating the same information to me which isnt helpful. Telling me when it was delivered and me telling you its not there isnt helpful.

Honestly ill never shop here again and i would talk others out of it also

On August 10, 2024, I order the Petrel Ultralight Pot 600ml with stove and fuel cannister for a price of $43.84. I only received the Pot only on 19 August 2024, no stove or fuel cannister. So now I'm stuck with a pot I cannot use without the other items. Order No. 2432664 I think. Where is the rest of my order?

I recently purchased a Polaris cook system that has issues. Fire Maple customer service has failed to help with the problem.

Update: Fire Maple have agreed to send a replacement.

I had damaged the threads on my Fire Maple Polaris burner so I could not screw on a fuel tank. This was my fault for not keeping the threads clean. I emailed Fire Maple to see if they had replacements available. They responded within a day asking for a video to see if they could the problem. Then, without asking for warranty info or asking how this happened, they sent me a new burner. I got it within a 10 days. A year ago I had a technical question about adjusting the igniter distance and the same woman, June, answered immediately. I am very impressed by Fire Maple customer service.

I recently ordered The fire Maple gas lantern. As a Backpacker, I often hike in areas that do not allow warming fires. For this reason, I thought this gas lantern which hooks up to the same isobutane tank as my cooking stove, would be perfect. It arrived very quickly and was packaged really well. I hooked it up and tried it out. It throws off a nice warm ambient glow that we can sit around and enjoy. It is easily adjustable and uses very little fuel. The only issue that I noticed was that the regulator valve was pretty stiff and difficult to turn with my fingers. I reached out to Fire Maple and they returned my response immediately. They sent me a new lantern and it arrived within two days. The new one works perfectly. What a great product. Thank you very much Fire Maple!!

I just to say a big thank you to June at Firemaple for her superb customer service in resolving the issue I had with my stove. Even though I had bought the product 2 years ago off Amazon I had issues with the ignition, June kindly organised a replacement. Fantastic customer service. Thank you June

A buddy of mine purchased the Orange Gas Lantern as gift for me for my birthday. I was thoroughly impressed by the packaging, compactness, ease of use, and amount of light the lantern throws. It will stay in my camping bin for every trip moving forward!
