I'm sorry that you had a bad experience. For what it's worth, we actually dispatched your parcel the day after your order. We used DHL 24 hr service for delivery. So our expectations are that our customers receive the orders within 2 working days.
It appears that the parcel was delayed in their system. I was unaware as I would have dealt with it. I will process a full refund.
