Ordered a multi-fuel conversion kit for my stove, which was the best price from FireParts. When I couldn’t get it to fit, Lynne contacted Hunter Stoves on my behalf, who confirmed the Eco model couldn’t be converted. Lynne arranged for the kit to be picked up by a courier and returned/refunded. Honestly, the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long while. I rarely leave reviews, but can’t recommend this company highly enough!
I have a Rayburn stove that required some parts for the riddler. I spoke with Lynne who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and ordered all the parts I needed. I asked if they had a diagram of my Rayburn model and within an hour Lynne had emailed me the spare parts manual. Great customer service

i thought initially they were a good company. there was an issue with a complete engine and gearbox where the crate arrived damaged and the gear box was cracked. they admitted it was sent out cracked and we arrived at a satisfactory conclusion. there was also items not recieved and they were going to send them to me and i was going to remove the gear box and return it. i emailed them to find out the status of the parts being shipped and the return shipping for the gear box. they had blocked my email address. i call and am put on permahold. ill change my review once they honor what they promised. per the reply, i realized the company was wrong therefore i retract the review of this company

fire grate didn't even last a year! got offered a laughable 'discount' on next purchase won't use this place again!

Purchased fire glass for my Stovax 7, fitted the glass, the first time I fired up the glass cracked, on contacting them they asked for photos, on receipt of the photos they said they could see that I had not used the ladder seal tape I had ordered, this is why it cracked, after I told them I didn’t use it because it was the wrong seal and used some I already had, they came back with I over tightened the fittings, when I told them I used a torque screwdriver they said I used fire seal around the door. Excuse after excuse
