A friendly, efficient and reliable small company

First class service. Reliable, polite and professional. Installed and service my log burner, and sweep my chimney and have always had a positive experience.

After 10 years of use and finding that my log burner had been installed incorrectly, I contacted Fireplace Fitters after a recommendation. Gemma, and the fitters, Stefan and Paul were absolutely brilliant. They were all extremely professional, kind and considerate. Gemma's communication skills are excellent and she kept me informed about install and the fitters arrived on time. They worked very hard to get the job done. I was stressed about the refit, and the first installation turned out to be worse than originally thought. Stefan and Paul calmly got on with the work and paid attention to detail and did a brilliant job. They removed existing tiles carefully to enable me to use them again, on reflection we agreed the space looked better without. With the correct surrounding fire proof boarding installed this time, it meant the tiles did not need to be reinstated. It was so good all I had to do was paint around the burner and replace some wallpaper on the chimney breast. I am completely confident in their work and to know it is HETAS compliant is very reassuring. I highly recommend this company without hesitation.

I had an Excellant experience, Jordan and Stefan arrived as planned. I had concerns over my log burner flaring up to much. They first swept the chimney and then checked over the fire. They then carefully explainned what happens when placing a log in the fire. They even lit a small fire to demonstrate, this truley put my mind at rest. Fireplace Fitters did a brilliant job fitting our Barbas Bella Panorama gas fire. We had significant constraints about what we could actually install given our floor plan. Fireplace Fitters found a way to make our first choice fire work. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, cleaned up and helped us through our teething pains with some Barbas issues. We are utterly thrilled with thr final result - and with our choice of Fireplace Fitters.
