The fire place factory have just fitted…

The fire place factory have just fitted our new fire absolutely outstanding 👏 from the minute we walked into the showroom to the fitting was excellent Mark looked after us and he went above and beyound super service very clean highly recommend these guys and I am very fussy and could not find fault in anything will definitely be using fireplace factory in speke again for sure, thank you Mark for looking after us from start to finish excellent 👍

Apologies - the item sent on was a return from another customer - it was not required by the previous customer and was a working part. However it seems the wrong part was sent - mistakes can happen in a busy warehouse. We did respond and have sent the correct part yesterday - you received the first item Friday and there were two days at the weekend where our online team don't work, we then dealt with and sent the replacement Monday - we are not sure we could have responded faster. Apologies for not meeting your expectations.

Great service

Ordered a bulb .they sent wrong bulb .I phoned explaining this.they sent out a replacement no questions asked .I didn't even need to return the other bulb .the person I spoke to on phone was very nice and easy to deal with .not very companies like this nowadays
